Two Spirits During Sleep Paralysis

I have been having sleep paralysis issues for the past two and half weeks or so. The first experience I had with sleep paralysis was at night. I had a dream that I was outside in the hallway next to my room. The suddenly, I found myself actually in my room. Everything looked rather normal. Nothing seemed out of the ordinary at first. I was lying on my stomach in my standard sleeping position, but I could not move at all. I told myself that I needed to wake up. Then I see bugs lying all over the bed, I eventually wake up, and nothing was there. It was just me and my bed.

I had another incident during night time as well. I was lying on my stomach in my standard sleeping position as usual. I wake up, and everything looks normal. I cannot move at all. I then feel hear some sort of energy come close to me. I thought it was trying to cover me up with bedsheets. I could still breathe fine, but the spirit told me to stop studying astrology. The voice sounded like some old lady. I do not understand why the spirit would be so mad that I have been reading up on the the subject of astrology. I assume that the the spirit's anger might have been caused by my benevolent energy. My entry in the spirit realm as a being with a good soul might be diminishing the evil energy's essence somehow. This is just my thoughts on the matter. I am just speculating at this point.

The last sleep paralysis incident I had happened this passed Thursday at around 4:30 in the afternoon. I just finished up a dream about someone asking me to touch his hair. I woke up in my bed with everything looking the same, but I could not see in front of me because my hair was in my face. I felt some sort of force holding on to my hands. It did not seem like an evil presence. I do have a tendency to sleep on my arms and hands. However, this time was different. My hands and arms did not feel numb like they do when I sleep on them.

Thank you for your time. I have never really had anything like this happen to me before. Maybe I had sleep paralysis in the past now and then. There was one time I heard a voice a few years back, but I did not think anything of it.
