Spirit In The Bathroom

Earlier today I was doing dishes and cleaning up the house to a degree. I then had to use the bathroom. When I went into the bathroom, I did my business and washed my hands like any other person. When I walked passed the mirror, I heard a quiet voice say "helloooooo." The voice was sweet and seemed motherly. The first thought that popped into my head after this occurred was Mary Poppins. Obviously it was not her. My mother died fifteen and a half years ago when I was a teenager. This voice was not hers either. It is rather strange that I would hear a voice in the bathroom of all places. The TV was not on, and no one else was home at the time. I do not commonly think that I hear voices. This was definitely real. I could not make it up if I tried.

The only other explanation for this could be that I am becoming a Telepath. I doubt that this is the case seeing as the closest neighbor is several yards away. My ability would not be strong enough to pick up a conversation that far away. I am not on any medication that would cause me to hallucinate, and I am not mentally ill. It was probably a spirit of some sort. After the thought of Mary Poppins went away, I started to flip out a little bit. I thought someone might have come to the front door. I checked to see if anyone was there, but I did not find anybody. I later went back into the bathroom and said hello. Nothing happened during my second visit. I told the spirit that it is ok if he or she wishes to talk to me.

This newest incident sums everything up. I no longer have doubt that I possess some type of ability. The ability I have is latent and not actualized to any degree. There is something inside of me. I wish I knew how to find out what the spirit world is trying to get me to understand. I have been doing a lot of meditation lately, but this had not led to any answers regarding my spiritual experiences.
