do you try to do other visualizations when your not trying to heal someone? If not... You should try it, exercise this muscle and you will eventually be able to picture other healing, protection, loving, and other good powerful energy visualizations. Just keep doing this and trust me, you will get better and better. And one thing I always keep in mind while doing different forms of energy work is that, when you dout yourself and you feel weak or vulnerable and you feel like the darkness is creeping up on you. Just say to yourself. "i don't need to fight it, I don't need to because it won't effect me. Only if I give it any attention at all will it grow stronger, this darkness, is truly nothing, only if you think its something, then it will be and it will get to you... But remember its always your choice of how you want to think.

Yea know a book I think would be good for you is called "happier than god" now the title may seem weird but I promise once you start reading it through, it makes more and more sense. Its truly a great empowering and positive book! One of the best I have read and it helped me a lot rocketpelt.

I never even wanted to think of the snakes. They just keep being there when I try. I keep trying to think of something differ but I can't it won't let me. I try so hard it hurts so bad. I am sorry but I can't get the snakes away. I never imagined them being there... They just are there. Thanks for all the help. 😊

I did look up the Rudolph Steiner book and yes that is all I have been thinking lately, bingo! You hit it dead on! I feel like all of this is so new but that I am being led in a way, and oddly, finding balance and daily excercise and practice is something I have needed. Funny, my guides tell me I need to practice and meditate everyday and I am just not disciplined enough (too busy) to do so, but I feel the need to do so now. I think I understand the psychology behind all of this much more than the physical aspects. Meaning I "get" the purpose and easily apply it to daily life and can easily express it to others in assisting them. It's the physical aspects of healing or vibrations in my hand etc the things I visualize that tend to really throw me off track. Sometimes I just can't believe that I am seeing what I am seeing or hearing or feeling. It just seems so "out of this world" lol. (literally!)

I have attempted to telepathically heal or lead people down the path to healing and have had success with it... Be it physical or emotional healing. These people will often come back to me saying almost exactly, to the word, the thoughts I was projecting for them... I just about fell over the first time it happened! Lol

I will look for the other book you suggested as well... And I completely agree, if only all we could do in life is to study and apply the goal of light/love over dark/negativity and assist others, I would be a happy camper!

I do believe you re pulling the demon out of someone, I have to say though that that part does frighten me a bit and I just feel I need to strengthen myself more and more to be able to deal with that. I am just seeing things and being approached by entities over the last few months that are quite foreign to me and shocking, I am told they are ok, and part of me believes this but because they are so odd and this aspect is so foreign to me, it makes me keep my defences up. I feel like I am a beacon now for anything to approach me, from other dimensions... Some are wonderful and beautiful and some are just odd:) I keep being told repeatedly that I am protected, that I will always be protected from now on and they show me I have a gold light around me but I still question it from time to time. Not sure if any of this makes sense to you. Maybe you understand what I'm saying I don't feel comfortable saying it though.

I also keep having this very bright flash of light (like a camera flash) go off on the right side of my vision. Has happened a few times in the last couple of weeks... Not sure what it's about.

to rocketpelt, maybe that snake visualization isn't he one for you. Keep saying in your mind that you are healing this person and ask your guides like pathr just told me to guise you in this so you may heal them. A snake might not be the best way for you to heal others. The more pain you think you give the more you will. I know that sounds weird but I does make sense. When I am doing energy work on my siblings or dad, I keep saying over in my head again, "out of all the divine love and divine healing in the universe, help me and give me the power of the light to HEAL THIS PERSON. You might want to surround yourself in a pink bubble of love and light before you heal by the way, and call on all the healing powers there are help you in that session. It helps me when I say everyday out loud. "i accept all the divine spirits, all the light, all the love, and greatness of good strength into my life, my body, mind, and spirit. I love and will always have it in my heart" positive affirmations help allot.:) hope this helps, and remember you are good, and because you are a conscious being you choose what you want to be and want you want to attract to you as well. You have that much power! Look toward the light. It is in you. Otherwise you would not be alive without this. Only when you lose sight of this does it make things harder.

to sensory basicly I get cold and start shaling like wet cat k=now it takes second but 5years ago when I first enterd the house I was shaking I had so much that I had 3 blackets on me every one hought I was faking it bcz I didn't have fever. I will write a story about the house maybe later.

well what do you choose to be? More divine and full of love and healing? Or part of the lower vibration of energy and entities that cause pain an fear. Its not what you think you may be. Its what you choose to be, and act based on what you choose. You have no fate to anything. Anything that tells you that is against you and is tricking you. Oh and may I say that around the time of the shift coming this year and long before that. Lower entities (demons and bad spirits if you may) have been trying to sap the light and take others off their path to the light and love. So that our true power light and wisdom may never be found. Ha little do they know! They go to attack those that fear and those of the light. Which are you of those as well? There is nothing demon about you unless you choose to accept that lie... No matter how convincing to you and others possibly it may be. That's the truth. You are what you choose!

I do go against the devil. Except when humans defy god, or demons defy the devil we go to the pit. So I obviously aint goin to heaven. 😆 I have no idea why I laughed at that. I am a pyschic, water elemental, demon, thing that is guarded heavily and with another demon trying to find heaven in my mind, so uh what do you call that?

when I heal (try to heal) I somehow can't think of water, but if I elemental earth angel then why do I have a ton a guardian hellhounds, and an angel watching me too, but I am a heathen not angel. That is why I give my pain not heal, I do the oppsite.

ivy similar experience to with a certain element. I connect deeply with fire and trees. When I concentrate on a flame I get into a hypnotic trance. When I'm aroundplants and trees I feel them breathing and and giveing me messages through energy trancfer. You might think I'm crazy but I talk to trees

Do you ever get upset thinking of all the polution in the world. Especialy the water lakes rivers or oceans? Do you ever feel almost at home in the water? Like you were meant to be part of it somehow? Plus everythink you feel already. You are probably an elemental. But remember, that you are suppose to set an example of what's right. No one is above anyone. And I suggest you spend more time in the water, it will keep giving you messages and will calm and support you wgen you are up set. Maybe water healing visualization will help the most. This is cool too. You do have some power over the energetic essence of water btw, because your conected to it. I can kind of control a flame with my mind, I can make it really tall and bright or small and flickery by choice. I'm still trying to perfect it though, and fire is my easiest and most vivid visualization skill to use rocketpelt... And thank you pathr, I am going to try that breathing exercise because I get so hot I sweat all over.

oh I know what's wrong. I tried it on my friend but in stead of healing her it took away my pain not hers. Now where my finger was burns her! If I touch people they sometimes say it burns them. Does it have anything to do with being a heathen. I am a good one I defy the devil!

Rain and water, and lightning, I have aways felt so calm in storms. I just want to know what it means. Someone say hydrokenesis, but I can't control water, and I can see through the darkest of rivers but no one else can, so someone tell me what it means please.

Ever scince I have been connected to water some how. I am an aqurius, and my aura is blue, I have a connection with the color, and I LOVE swimming. When I'm under water strange things happen. Some such as possible water spirits trying to drown me. I don't know what they want.

This is how I almost died: MY friends and I were at the river. But I dived and something pushed against my back and held me under, I looked up and saw nothing! I kept teying to gt up but I could not. It stopped and the water was shallow so I came back up, my lungs FULL of water, I sorta blacked out on shore and saw a rainbow like wormhole with a white light at the end, as it got closer, I got more concious. I opened my eyes and felt someone hitting my back to get the water out of me. I finally was alright, but it shook me.

Can some one tell me what it means, how am I connected to the water somehow? Please I need answers! It would help a lot. I want to know what the water has to do with me. I love it when it storms! I feel a whole lot better in the water, sometimes I just wash my hands for no reason! Please please please please please!

For the shaking at the end: you can do some breath work. In Yoga it is referred to as abdominal message.
Legs straight and shoulder with apart, torso slightly
Bent over, bilateral hands on knees. Watch your abdomin-push air out with mouth closed 10 times.
2nd) exhale via mouth-with rapid breath, allow breath in slowly 10 times. I practice this daily.

The shaking has to do with too much energy: so the aim
Is to shiften it off, and then balance your own energy centers. The energy is moving along the spinal column and has to do with the Kundalini moving upward like a snake.

If you body is too hot during healing you can open mouth curle the tongue, and have the lips open.
Breath out and in. This was a technique my first Reiki teacher taught, and it does cool the body.
This is referred to as the breath of fire.

How does it start with you north? It is usually when I get intune with my spiritual side or when I am talking with others about higher consious topics like spiritual experiences or beliefs. Stuff like that. And it doesn't stop until we stop talking about that stuff. I am actually interested in how that works for you. I haven't heard of someone else feeling that. This is cool.

my chackra is healing, so I try and my arm and chest burn and I get really hot. But I think I am trying to hard so it does not pass instead it hurts the center of my chest.

same that's what happen to me in my causin house sometimes they laugh on me but it takes 5 seconds they joke and say you shake like a wet

I noticed that when I'm using healing energy, it gets very hot all over my body from head to toe but especially my hands. I also noticed that my left hand is more so my sensory hand and picks up energy quicker, my right hand has a much higher out put of energy then my left too. And my core area also picks up energy but when I feel it in my core area my whole body shakes. Like waves of energy rippling through me. Does this have any meaning at all pathr or newbiepsychic. Most of the time I can't even stop the shaking.

PathR - I have noticed a lot of your postings are very good, very interesting and I think very much in tune with the way I am thinking as well. However, I am still sort of new to all of this.

I very much believe in fear vs love, dark vs light - light and love in all we say, do, think, manifests itself as positivity in our lives and is the goal. I believe conquering our fears/negativity/ego etc and finding love in our hearts for all is the goal here.

I have noticed my hands get very hot (where they used to be very cold), and my right hand has vibrations happening in it a lot! The vibrations are actually in sort of a pattern - a long vibration then it stops then some short vibrations, stops and repeats over and over.
If I hold a quartz crystal in my hand for a few minutes I get what feel to be burns, that's how it feels although there are no actual burns on my hand.
It comes and goes, I know there's energy moving around a lot, I see sort of a vortex of energy swirling through me like a tornado sort of from top to bottom. (I mean I see this in my mind) and that's how it feels when I meditate.
Just curious to know if you have any insight. Is it healing energy?

Also I don't really understand what is the difference between an Indigo and Crystal Child - can anyone explain? How do you know if you are one?

thank you all very much and pathr, I see now what I could do to improve my healing abilities and protect myself. I do follow some new age teachings but, I focus a lot on moral enlightening principles. So its kind of like between the two in the last part there. Also there is something else. Sometimes after cleansing my body and my space with a candle flame, when I am trying to go to bed right after, randomly my body just jolts and I feel like and electric shock go through my entire body. But before it happens I get the feeling of something being present. But I can't put a finger on what it is. And this jolt has always happened to me since I can remember but it stopped for a little and now again. Can you help me understand what this may be as well because this is quite puzzling.

hey not all demons are just evil! Sorry I know most are just not ALL of them, some demons go against the devil, just as some angels can go against god. That's how satin is the devil he was an angel until he disobeyed him. And I disobey the devil. Just saying.

Well i'm no crystal child but I may be able to give some advice. So I read your story and did some research. So my advice to you is: Keep calm, try not to get angry, because you contain lot's of power. Next is: the more healing you do the stronger you get. So that's all I have to offer.
