Seeing Ghosts Or Spirits And Dreams

First of all ever since I can remember, I have seen things. My family has always said I was the weird child as I would talk to "things" in corners, salute something in hallways... So forth. This all happened when I was about 3 or 4 years old, we lived in a house and because I was sick I slept in my parents room, in the room there was a rocker and a phone. The phone would ring even though it was unplugged and it was a real phone by the way, and there would be a woman rocking in the rocker but as my parents always pointed out no one ever sat in the rocker as it was my mom's late sisters chair. I'm older and I know now that I have seen ghosts/spirits, and I still do; I moved into this old apartment with my parents, brothers and sister about 4 years ago, we just moved from a house where I and my nieces seen my great grandmother and another woman constantly, We sometimes still see our great grandmother, but in '09 I had this dream, I was on a farm all of my family was there including my great grandmother, I was confused why we was there (During this time my grandmother was in the hospital) and why we weren't home, I have never met my gr8t grandmother before well alive anyway but I was standing there and she told me that my grandmother was going to a better place. I woke up crying, sure enough five minutes later my mother got a call, mamaw had died. When we moved in I share a room with my sister, we, including one of my nieces is very uncomfortable in there, it's like someone is watching you and means you harm. We get the same feeling in my parents closet. I have also seen a woman in I guess you would say 1950's dress in our laundry room bending over a basket like she's folding laundry, a man in the kitchen wearing overalls a hat and smoking a hand rolled cigar, and another being I have not seen, it has a thing about throwing things at me, pulling pranks, moving things around on me and my family. My niece has also seen these people. Its gotten to where we refuse to go into our room late at night. My dad can see them, even my nieces and nephews can see them, my sister can feel them and sometimes make out a form, my brothers see shadows, my mom however cannot see them. I have talked to some ghosts but none that live in the apartment with us. I have also had dreams about a man always the same man, it started when I was a teenager the man was a teen himself and I was hiding him in a car from my family and some other people. I'm now 20 almost 21 and I have the same reoccurring dream I'm in the car with him and he's driving down the road for some reason I only call him Mcnight. Some of the dreams I have come true, its sort of scary. I'm not afraid of the ghosts or the man from my dreams. I was wondering if there was some way to help strengthen my ability.
