One day, I was just waking up and I hadn't quite opened my eyes yet, I got these pictures in my head - well not in my head because they just showed up while my eyes were closed. Pictures started forming in my head and all of a sudden a women started talking to me saying, "I was kidnapped and the people next door knew me". We were in some kind of garage or cabin or something and she had a paper as if she was writing something down. I could tell she wanted my help.
But the truth is if I did, I wouldn't know which neighbor because I live almost everywhere - I go to my grandmother's home on weekdays, my mom's home on week days, and I just moved but have stayed at my old house not so often. This was all with my eyes closed. I know it was a spirit asking for my help, but I need a little bit more help to make sure. I think I came in contact with her because I had meditated or tried to meditate the night before. I also prayed that I'd come in contact with my spirit guide and angels in my dreams before I went to sleep. But I never said spirit! On the other hand, I did want to come in contact with one.
It was an amazing feeling, that I might be able to help a spirit. Any comments please add.
