What Is A Spirit Guide? Lucid Dreaming? Twin Souls?

I will tellyou my recent experience with Twin Soul, I did not even know they existed but now I do and I have never felt the feelings that I get now. He is a singer and I sing too but not in the same category as him. He was looking at me with the lead singer and talking about me from the stage, I thought I would be cocky so I gave him the regal stare look. But what I found was electricity (thunder bolt) and I could see that he was in shock, I thought "he knows me". The second time I saw him he could not take his eyes off me. The third time seeing him, it was my friend whom is 11. 11 that introduced to him back stage. WOW it was the most amazing thing that has ever happenend to me.

He fourth time seeing him, he grabbed me and we went for coffee, he told me that he was in shock as I wanted to meet him spiritually.

My chakras have blasted off and I never had that before, as well as experiencing telepathy and tantra, everything that I did not really know about. Now we have this connection every day. I get his anxiety amongst other things, I SMS him to tell him to relax.

I never had anything so crazy in my life. Unfortunately he is in the process of sorting out his life and I am just standing right out of it but that does not mean that we do not connect everyday and send love to each other.

The difference I have experienced in relation to spirits over twin soul is mentally I review messages from spirits, or I hear them outside of the body. But with twin I go into the solar plexus and feel all. Telepathy an amazing thing. I also know he is deeply spiritual and his energy is in my abdomin all the time.

It is like he is calling me from my tummy instead of the telephone. This is also called cords. This is the most connection and depth I have ever had in my life.

Only God knows what happends from here, but the depth of connection has deepend very much where connection was once a week, now it is everyday morning and night. It's wonderful.

About the spirit guides, I had to ask Tiron about that. He said they don't always have to have lived, and that certain criteria to be one he doesn't want to tell me... But he said most spirit guides are not there "higher self"

Lucid dreaming has a lot to do with astral projection. The two are often mentioned together, and they do go hand in hand. Lucid dreaming is realzing that you are in a dream and being able to control it while still in dream state. As to why we do this, no one truly knows.

Twin flames, twin souls and soul mates: all the same thing as far as I know. They are essentinaly two people bonded by the soul, made for one another. I believe in their existance, but some are skeptical of it. It's based to read what you can on them and decide for yourself what you want to believe.

Spirit guides in two words: Truly amazing. They are often times "inside" your head. They exist in the spirtual plane, but by our own mental power, we can communicate with our own personal guides. Many times you will be able to "see" these guides after talking to them. I started talking to my spirit guide, Mary a little while ago, and have a very good relationship with her. She's not just a guide, but a friend.

Not all guides are "good" Some are what you might call "grey" spirit guides. These neither are looking to help you, or harm you. They usually just give their opinion. My "grey" spirit guide is named Selda.

There is also your "dark" spirit guide. These seek to harm you by pretending to be good. How to tell who is who isn't too hard: concentrate on feeling. If you get a sense of purity and rightness, they are your good or "light" guide. If you feel neutural arounf them, they are your "grey" guide. If you feel uneasy or bothered by their pressence, they are your "dark" spirit guide and you should cease contact with that guide immediatly.

Spirit guides arent exaclty your higher self... At all. They are not you, but they are the "angels" or spirits" that walk with us and are meant to guide us. They could be the spirit of a deseased relitive, or a certain angel but they are there in rudimenry state in all of us, all humans, so as to (not sure) guide us back on the right path, guide us to god's gates...).It's just a matter of listening. You can't become one yourself, until your perpose on Earth is over, and you die... Though you can meditate etc to become closer to God.
As for "twin souls" they are thoes who are not "soul mates" but close. A soul mate would be one who completes your own soul, a twin soul would be someone with a soul like your own. Think of it as two frequencies. (Hope you know a bit of physics!) Each soul can be thought of as a frequency. If your frequency is the same as another, you'll it would cause resonance, or you'll would "move together". (Really hope you know a bit of physics!)
You also seem a bit of an empath.
Lucid dreams- We have Lucid dreams when wee are travelling in different planes. During sleep, if our "spirit" goes and travels to other planes, we tend to be able to control our actions, or atleaste be slightly conscious. Also the drea is very vivid.

I believe that lucid dreams are the way God and other higher plane beings communicate with us. Spirits of the deceased, etc.

Not all dreams are to be taken literally and remember that the emotion felt in the dream can help with the interpertation as much as the facts, people and events.

i don't know about "soul mates" or "twin souls" but I was the reading the story of David and King Saul's son Johnathon in the Bible and there was a section about how their souls merged as one.

1 Samuel 18
1 After David had finished talking with Saul, Jonathan became one in spirit with David, and he loved him as himself.

I think if you trully love someone your spirits join and can never be completely severed. I maintain a link to all the people who I love in my life, even though I try and break the thread to my ex boyfriends they still can call upon my heart if they are in trouble. Luckily I have only 2 exs and I've made peace with both and their significant others.

Spirt guides are spirts that care for you and protect you and are entities that are physical and non-physical. They are chosen to aid others on the path to spiritual enlightenment. Spirit guides can be aspects of yourself.

Twin flame is the other half of our soul.

From what I have read about twin souls is that they are the other half to your soul. They are the yin to your yang or visa versa. They were created so that there would be an femenime side as well as masculine. You belong together. They can also be called a twin flame. They are normally the opposite gender that you are (from my understanding). You can search more about the topic and I do not know all there is to know. Try to sort out the fact from fiction and you will find your answer.
