Grandparents Watching Over Me

first off by let me saying I'm currently 16 years old. So I found out last year that my grandma was kidnapped and was taken to a lake with a man, and her and the man both saw a white man dressed in all white watching down on them who told the man to leave which he did and my grandma is okay now and then my mom has seen spirits 2 times and one time she said to her grandpa who passed away "If your listening to me right now do something so I know your still around." and a minute after she said that it started dumping rain on a sunny day, but anyways. My mom and grandma have both encountered spirits. When I was very young I had two imaginary friends who I talked to every single day and my mom and dad both thought I were seeing people so I asked but then I said they are imaginary but at that time I was also scared of ghosts so I could have just said that not wanting to admit the reality. Woah I just got the chills for a second odd. But anyways when I was about 8 my great grandma passed away and my mom didn't tell me yet and one day she came in my room and I was laughing, and I said great grandma said goodbye to me. We both were really close and my mom was shocked that I knew my grandma died without her telling me. Just today at school I thought to myself if my great grandpa or grandma is watching me do something and I completely forgot about that until I was at lunch and saw a bright flash out of the corner of my eye and then I saw it again 2 hours later. I want to know what is going on and I want to connect with good spirits but I'm scared because I read stories about hooded men people see and bad/annoying spirits they can't control. Please message me or give me advice what's going on.
