Left Hand Energy

Hey guys there is no email feature on this site and as you ate the only people who have the same thing as me I think it prudent to chat further to figure out similarities. It sounds like both of you have the same thing as me (my post is below) I don't believe in puschic stuff but this is very strange and made stranger that I now know I'm not alone:s. I don't want real names or addresses or anything I am merely out to find out what's going on but I realise how dodgy the internet can be so we should keep it all anonymous. I have had the feeling of a shape-able ball in my hand since childhood and I have for a while now felt another hand sometimes. I get no notifications on here and seldom check it so if either of you or anyone else comes here with the same thing let's compare notes so we can figure this out!

I have played with this energy in my left hand since I was a child. It feels solid and I can move it around my palm and fingers. Usualy in theshape of a large ring, 2 smaller rings or two small balls, in similer action to chineese stress balls. I have searched for years to find out if there is outher who have this. This is exciting news that you do to, and I'm so intriqued as why we have this. So I will tell you a little about myself to see if there is any connections. I am my fathers 7 child my mothers 5 and that I am a twin. I was born December 4 1978 in west midlands uk. I have a birth mark on the inside of my left ankle. I am empathic and dislikes large crouds because of this. I believe that I am a star seed and that my perpose in life is to rear my children to a grater awareness, plus somethink else which I'm unaware of yet. Are we connected in some way? Interesting.x

Hey, I was hoping to be able to email you but I don't think the site has that feature. I have been looking over the internet for a while now to see if I can find answers and without any success I have now stumbled across your post.

I have the same thing basically, since a young age I have felt something in my left hand and been able to turn it off an on. I remember being a toddler and being able to roll it around in my hand. I can shape it into different things although its hard as it always seems to be moving and changing and sometimes even give it texture. Its hard to explain but it only happens with my left hand. I don't believe in psychics and/or ghosts etc but I'm open to the possibility of them being real. Last year sometime I started to feel another hand reach out to mine when I was doing it, it felt soft and smaller than my own. It was weird so I have done the energy thing a lot less since as it freaked me out abit.

Id love to know what it is which is why I wanted to email you to see if we have similarities in any way. Obviously its not location as I am from the UK and you are from the US. I was thinking maybe things like if we both had near death experience when we was little (I had pneumonia as a child) or if you have any other things for example, I have nightmares almost everynight. Growing up they used to almost always be about ghosts. These things maybe connected they may not but if we can find things in common maybe it will help us to understand what it is.

Sorry for the long post but this is the first time I have found anything like what I have and not only that but it is EXACTLY the same, which is both wonderful and unnerving.

Hey brit:)   Before I hand out advice I want you to know I'm 20 I was raised in a non religious home Ever since I was young I could see ghosts as I got older I started to hear see feel demons angels and spirits. When I was 18 I had demons following me attacking me threatening to kill me. One day I got sick of it and told them to f off that it can't hurt me and if it wanted to why isn't it I showed that I wasn't scared off it. It tried to attack me but I managed to get rid off it just keep fighting show no fear. They will try and try until you show your failing. Since then iv not had to much trouble there always going to be there but if you stand your ground and fight it off I believe it can't effect you. Dont be scared Try focus on pushing them away from you. Also black moonstone has helped me. Nightmares are as bad you also have more control over gifts. Empathy, astral projection, hearing them, feeling them... It has put the cherry on top of a life as normal as I can get it. 

Actually, the hand you use the most is the hardest one to manipulate energy. Since I'm a right hander, my energy takes really long just to go to my right hand. I like manipulating energy or changing a rooms temprature, I find it fun!

I read the book 'healing hands of light' years ago and began practicing it... I take wash my hands first, put my right hand above the ground or floor, then my left hand above the part I want to heal whether its an animal or a person,,, I imagine healing energy in its purest form coming from the universe traveling into my right hand, up my arm, around my shoulders and back down into my right hand into the subject... Always with the intention of 'No Harm to None' my mantra... I focus on feelings of love, help, and healing and try to remember to thank the source of the energy for the help.

Let me know if you try it, what happens for you,
I did it on my dog who couldn't walk, then 2 hours later, walked seemingly well and recovering ever since, happy walking dog now...
Then on my son's gf, for ailments along with some prayers and gratitude, things are really looking up for many symptoms have dissappeared.

Our focus has to be on helping others, love, and faith/trust that it works.

I agree with lilylove's comment, as for the last 24 to 48 hours I have been trying to manipulate this energy. I unfortunately cannot use meditation as I almost always seem to fall into what I would not call a deep sleep as such, but rather something else where I am awake, but at the same time I am not seemingly conscious.

Energy manipulation I now find, comes rather easily to me, but also more predominantly in my left hand (Maybe because I'm left handed!) 😊 I do think you should try the meditation however, and I was wondering whether you also become tired or feel lethargic afterwards and what this may mean (I often feel exhausted after concentrating and manipulating energy).

We are all capable of manipulating energy.
Our bodies are made out of energy, in fact every thing is made out of energy.
Maybe you have a block in your right hand which is preventing you from manipulating energy.
I think meditation would help you.
You should read the articles on this site.
The are articles on meditation, chakras, and chakras tools which can be used to balance chakra flow.
Chakras are our bodies energies.

I think the pulling feeling you feel is actually your energy moving.
I can release energy from my hands and I have noticed that my energy feels like its pulsating.
So I think we all feel our energy movements differently.
