Seeing Moving Static Like Energy

Im bailey and i'm 18. The past year i've noticed a flow of energy with me when i'm alone in my room, lights on or off. Its hard to explain and I need help with what i'm saying, or if my eyes are just bad... It's almost like static, moving across my room. Little balls of color, the only real way I can describe it as like in the summer when the roads hot and you see that flow of heat on top. Or i'll seen it out of the corner of my eye moving. I've tried to read into it but i'm so lost and need help.

Even when I was younger my family would say I would "talk to myself" as in talking to people who couldn't be seen. I have seen things out of the corner of my eyes. I have also seen a glowing ball of light in my room, in the corner out of the corner of my eye. I've even moved houses in the past couple months and seems I see it here too.

I have also been on the phone with multiple people, and they hear voices saying "hello" or strange noises that aren't me. No tv on in the back ground, no music playing, no one else would even be home and they would hear it. I've talked to my mom moms sister who is a medium and she's helped a little, but shes is busy and very far and I can never get together with her to fully discuss my experiences. She made it clear that someone, or multiple people are making their presences known. To be honest i'm scared of seeing a full figure one day. I don't mean to sound offense in anything I say, as I said i'm very very new to this and need some incite with all of this. Any reply will help, and i'm willing to give better details. Static is interesting because it can be a number of things, but if it's MOVING and looks like it's contained in what looks like a BODY, then it's simply a spirit moving around you. Could be alien in nature. Spirit guides and those of the light move usually through light, so light flashing or orbs around you. Sometimes dots of blue at least with me. Static though is interesting because it's energy, and could be alien. You could be an energy healer as well. Do you have heated hands in the center of your palms?

Yes, I started experiencing the same type of weird visions. I want to believe I can connect with spirits and angels... But also maybe in going crazy. But after reading for several hours about spirit guides, connecting with angels and so on. Maybe I do have this higher power? Extreme ringing in ears, lights getting brighter. Interference with my phone, radios, TVs. Also seeing like a mist/fog with shapes developing, beams of colored lights.

I too have seen what I finally concluded to be the billions of tiny vibrating particles that make up our vision. They are EVERYWHERE and almost like static on a TV but much much much smaller! When I was about 28 years old I began noticing areas where a human sized disturbance in those vibrating particles would move about. Kinda like the alien in the movie predator. But the, for lack of a better term, warping in the space is much much smaller while as a group, just as big. As time went on I began to see more and more in the immediate space of my vision plus perepherial. I no longer have to be focused on order to see the human details of each one, I can readily see the clothing, whether man, woman or child. I often felt like I had gone insane or literally talked myself into seeing these things because I allowed my brain to believe they were real. So, consequently, I stopped paying attention although I still notice them. Also, had anyone who had experiences Astro planing ever noticed a ringing in their ears prior to sleep and before actually leaving their body hear a crazy loud obnoxious tone that sounds like old computers signing on to the internet via modem until the tones lock into one pitch and suddenly 'pop' out of your body doing back flips? I always feel the need to protect my head with my arms as I'm afraid I'll hit my head on something. Who knows, maybe I did...lol

I understand your concern. I had the same fear also when I first dealt with my vision of future. But believe me, sooner or later you'll get use of it. Nothing to worry about, and yes I agree with your sister but not fully. They can intentionally show themselves to you, but it's also possible that it's you that see them. And light can be understood as spirits, nature energy, some wandering ethereal creatures etc. It can be anything, don't worry though. As long as they don't do anything harmful, let them be.
