Decided To Try Praying

So let's start off with I'm atheist. But my life has been bad lately so I took my friends advice an decided to try praying. So last night I was praying and in that process I got extremely hot and almost sweat, but my skin was completely dry. I excused it because it's summer and it could just be whatever. Then I became tired and I was seeing golden sparks everywhere and I saw movement but there was nothing there. I didn't know what was happening but as soon as I finished I became wide awake and cold. The sparks also lessoned to normal. Does anyone know what happened? Have you ever experienced this kind of thing before? I could've Ben hallucinating but it seemed real and not at all a hallucination. Um let's see I also don't know what more to say. There are other things that've happened that are weird and it's in one of my devious posts called Pyschic Or Insane... It's kind of long so it might not be worth reading but whatever.

Also it isn't the first time I've "prayed" but it's the only time I've done it in my room. Any ideas would be great.
