My Son Sees Spirits

Hi lovely, firstly I want to say hello and thanks for putting this on. I was just looking on the net and reading it was just the absolute same as I was what I am going through now, it was like reading out life. It's started when my boy was 5 and he's 10 now and he says there everywhere just standing around stiring at him he's so frightened I don't know what to do. He sleeps in my room and won't go the loo on his own. I see your post is quite old but I hope you get this as I would really like to know what you did and how is your son now, I can't privately inbox on here but it would be a great help for me and Charlie pretty please can help us xx

My aunt has a similiar experience exept that she can talk to the spirits. Since she can hear them to she has trouble going to the hospital since spirits try to get help from her.

My 9yr old son has had the same kind of "experiences" since he was 3. His life started off with a near death experience, he wasn't expected to make it over night. It began when I was doin some family research and my cousin and I were at a graveyard looking up some family members headstones-we had stopped to talk for a few seconds about splitting up and making things go faster and my son decided to venture off on us we went searching for him to find him talking to "someone" and when he was asked who he was talking to he stated the name of the relative long passed. We then asked him where this relative was and he pointed to the headstone he was standing in front of and said hes right here-my son was 3 he couldn't read let alone read an unusual name but to find that grave was unexplainable to us. He also goes through these phases of talking to people during the night. He'll wake in the morning to tell me what they looked like and their names. 9 out of 10 times these are relatives that are long passed that he never knew or even seen pictures of. He sees things during waking hours also he talks about a young kid that tragically died near the area where we live. He has a hard time accepting this ability and I don't know what to do anymore I haven't in no way discouraged this but I really don't know how to help him out anymore. I'm beginning to worry because there has been a couple of times at night when hes doing his talking that hes been tempted to go outside. He actually has made it outside on one occasion sitting on the back porch in a daze talking to someone that wasn't there to my eyes. He has also attempted to go out a window during these times. When these times are approaching he becomes an emotional wreck because no one understands what hes going through and cannot offer him any type of help. Hi all. I'm really worried about my 11 year old nephew. He's been seeing spirits since he was a toddler and has always been frightened of them. He used to complain that they would tickle his feet at night or try to pull off his bed clothes. He sees them at home, in the street or at school. In the last 12 months his father, uncle and great-grandfather have all passed away and he says he now sees them all the time. He says his father's angry at him and is very upset at this (his parents split up a couple of years before his father died). He's very scared. From what he says we're pretty sure that he's telling the truth but we just don;t know how to help him. We tell him not to be frightened and to talk to them but he just gets scared. We've looked and there just doesn't seem to be any facilities around to help these kids and it's so frustrating to think he'll have to wait until he's an adult before he can be taught how to control his gift. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that this is happening to kids all over the world and you're not alone. I've read to him some of your posts too which seems to have reassured him a lot to know he's not alone. So thanks.

My son also sees a lot of spirits. He is 13 now and has been seeing them since he was able to talk. I never seen any thing until he brought them to my attention. He would tell me he seen one then later actually point it out to me then I would see it. One day he said "There it is mom!" I looked up and seen a man walking through the wall dressed just as he had explained earlier. Just last night he seen a girl standing in the doorway. And last sat night seen a shadow mothman figure on our roof as he was taking out the garbage! I'm not sure how to make them go away. It seems one will show up after the other.

i would talk to them to see what they want or try to help them. Most ghosts don't know that they are dead. There is a book that might help him to understood his gifts, it called "the psychic children" it helped me alot. I now talk to spirits and am not afriad of them anymore. He should know that if he doesn't want a spirit around him he should tell it to go away.

Where are you located? We need to talk. My son sees things also, during the day and night. It doesn't matter the situation.
I know some things that could help him and could refer him to someone who specializes in that field of work. His training comes from Africa so that is the purest form of it possible. Send me an email ok.

Hi your child minds open they will soon go! I used 2 see them all the time last year about 7 of them and I used to also dream of the spirit world cause they spirits would contact me. They have left me alone now but most of them I saw was other people's loved one's

Thanks for the advice Edmund! I'm glad I realized the Bible is my S.O.P.! LOL! Unfortunatley, it took almost 10 years to make that discovery! 😆

hollinor... I wouldn't want my kids to speak to the ghosts either. But if your in your room and a ghost appears... You got the person in your mind now close your eyes, surrond him with light say the lords prayer and be done with it. Now I know that sounds simplistic but its a start... Your not going to clear a battlefield with it nor chase away a evil ghost but for the average ghost its a start... Got to give the kids something.

hollinor... I could just imagine how terrified these children must be... But we need to have a S.O.P. I believe if you get these "visitors" then you also have the power to do something... I mean they are in your face so if in your mind when "faced" with this if you close your eyes and "in your mind" see them surronded in light and say a prayer for them to go into the light if this would work instead of hiding under the covers or whatever... You have a positive response to it. The kids become empowered because there is a response and of course having a good Mom helps a lot too. Its kind of in a sense the school yard bully hits you... Do you run or slug him back let's slug them back with what I just said... 😐

No, my daughter has never tried to speak with them. And many times, the case is that their mouth is missing, or they have no face. I can't imagine what it is like to see that kind of stuff. It's hard enough for me just to sense their presence.

You know what I have noticed Edmund, is that there are a lot of young people that are flocking to this site. It makes you wonder, how many of them are out there with unanswered questions. Going day to day horrified with what they will experience next. I know the Bible says that in these last days the children will become more "aware". Just looking at the number of young people that come to this site, can you imagine how large the numbers must be? Amazing.

nova37... Holli... Well what to do... There aren't that many people that have this ability so you guys do have a challenge. I would want to make the child feel some what like he or she is O.K. So you two guys should exchange E-mails so that at some point in time the kids could talk about it together and see if again... In time more kids/moms come to this site, a support group so to speak. That might help... To be around and to know of other kids with this ability. Now the crazy part I believe when your dead and you haven't moved on about the only thing I can do for you is when I see you is to surrond you with light... Kind of put the ghost/person in an egg made of light in your mind and say a prayer for them so that they can move on to the other side. Now yes there are expections but it should be about crossing them over and that's the only way I know of how to do it... You can't run around the country solving murders or dropping off messages and the like... " It would be great if we could wrap up the afterlifes problems like Ghost Whisperer in a few minutes" And do these ghost/people hang around until you do something or is it a one time request and then they move on ? Because if it is a one time request can they be blocked with prayer ? Or did you guys already try that ? 😁

Hi Nova, I share your pain. My eldest daughter has had that gift since birth. She kind of turned inward herself becuase of the reactions she would get from other family members, especially my mother. My mom loved her with all her heart, but she had a hard time dealing with my daughter's gift. I remember coming home late from work one night and my mom chewed me out. She didn't do it to be mean, she was just scared. Amber was two at that time and she completely freaked my mother out by what she saw in her home. My daughter is almost 12 now, and she can still remember that day like it was yesterday. My mom refused to tell me what happened, she just wanted it to stop. When she was a little kid, I would catch her talking to "someone" in her room. She would always pretend like she wasn't doing anything. Amber tells me that the people she sees look like real people. It's only rarely that she says you can see through them. My daughter always seems to see the spirits that have not died in a nice way. I don't know what that is about. They all seem like they are murder victims. When she was four, she told me that the "grey lady" that lived in our house had been drowned in her bathtub by her angry husband. Then there was the "orange boy" who had someone come in his house and go room to room shooting people. What four year-old can possibly make up that kind of stuff when all they watch is Barney and Sesame Street?! I was terrified for her because there was nothing I could do to help her. A mother is supposed to be able to protect her child, right? She went on a field trip when she was nine, to a civil war area while I was stationed in Savannah, Ga. Wow, BIG mistake! She came home totally unwired. She said she saw soldiers in the woods, shadows on the walls in the buildings, and spirits were touching her. Amber also said she saw blood all over the floor. I was like, "What?! They still had the blood stains there?!" But she explained that the blood wasn't really "there". She was near tears and upset. I think she also picked up on the energy of the place. We also have to be careful where we live because she is so sensitive to the energies in the house. She also has a hard time out in public at times. She will get physically ill being around certain people. Amber can read them like a book and a lot of people are very uncomfortable with that. Whenever we go by a cemetary, she locks up and turns her eyes away. I get reminded of that little boy in "The Sixth Sense". The last couple of years she has been blocking her abilities, but then I noticed she has been even more stressed out than usual. I told her that she was given this gift for a reason, and suppressing it is only junking up and blocking her inside. I have her pray to God to help her deal with her gifts and use them in a productive matter.
