Not Sure If I Am Crazy Or Sensitive

I'm Elizabeth and I'm 24 years old. I first noticed things when I was around 9 or 10 years old. I have always been different than other people. I never fit in with other people. But when I first noticed something was strange about me I was a kid and I was laying in bed one night and I heard someone calling the name Clair, over and over again. Little did I know that was just the beginning. As I became a teenager I noticed I could sense some people's energy or I would get bad or good "vibes" from them without even talking to them. It's just with some people not everyone, I'm not really sure why. I still get "vibes" from people to this day. I also get bad feelings before something bad happens, not all the time but sometimes I just get this feeling that something not good is going to happen, soon. I am usually right about 90% of the time. I also have seen and heard many spirits, my name has been called I even dreamed my great grandfather died 4 months before he passed away, and I have been kissed on the forehead by 'Something' I am pretty sure was my great great grandmother who I have never met and she died before I was born. I can't really explain how I knew it was her, but as soon as It kissed me her face flashed in my mind and I just knew.:) I don't always see spirits but usually a few times a month I see one roaming around my house or I hear something strange no one else seems to hear or see. So if anyone can help me figure out what's going on with me would be great! Thanks!:)
