I'm writing this story because for the past month I have had a high level of activity going on, particularly at night. As it is I have been having trouble sleeping at night so waking up several times isn't anything new to me anymore. About a little less than a month ago I woke up and saw an intense white glow at my room door. It wasn't really a figure of any kind just a source of white light. It had a glow to it but it wasn't really emitting light if that makes sense. Anyways, when I asked who it was, my sheets began to slip and it vanished. A couple of days ago I had another strange experience which I feel is related to the white figure.
I had a dream that I was in my room and something was knocking from the other side. I got up to open the door and a small figure was standing there. It was wearing a black wool hood with black bearlike ears. It barged in my room and immediately started trying to hurt me by hitting me and throwing me against the walls and into tables. I managed to fight it out of the room and it disappeared. I went back to my room trying to figure out what had just happened and this invisible being grabbed me by arms and started flinging me around the room. It threw me on my bed with my hands behind me and began to suffocate me in my pillows. I began to pray and it pushed harder. Just before I felt like I was going to die it yelled at me telling me that the devil is coming for me or after me... I can't remember which. I woke up frightened and unable to sleep for the rest of that night. I tried listening to music and the song I listened to had lyrics saying that "dreams really do come true". Everybody knows this "over the rainbow" song by that big Hawaiian guy. I'm not saying that it was intentional by the demon since I chose the song but it didn't help the nerves. Anyways, I'm finally able to sleep without fear but still little sleep in general. Any thoughts please!
I actually chose my room because it is so well lit by natural light. I would still like to hear your experience though!
Ravenula:
Great insights on the dream! I especially enjoyed the quote you had found by Marianne Williamson.I'm glad I waited so long to check up on my comments again because I feel the words resonate much clearer due to current circumstances.
