Confused Ablilities

I'm 33 years old, female, and for as long as I can remember, I've been able to see, hear, and smell things that I can't quite explain.

Later on, when I was about 26, I had a dream a certain celebrity had died, and 3 days later, he had. That was only one time, and it certainly scared me. More recently, as of 5 years ago, I'd gone to a family get-together for my sister-in-law's parents' anniversary. I'd started to make my way to the bar in the kitchen, when I felt a sudden jolt of electricity shoot from my feet all the way up to my head. It made me stop in my tracks.

Ever since then, it seems that awakened something else, something that I've questioned for years and never gotten an answer. A short time after the party, I'd noticed I could feel, what I assume, is energy, coming off of certain people. I read in some of the stories here that people can feel other's emotions, but I can't. What I feel is overwhelming, and it seems to fog up my head. I get slightly dizzy, but it only lasts for a few seconds up to a minute. A family friend says I'm sensing spirits surrounding certain people, but I'm not sure. I've looked online for a while, but haven't gotten anywhere, until I came here. I'd like a little bit of insight into all this, anything will do. I appreciate your time.
