My Connection With Death And Negative Energy

I seem to be very sensitive to negative energy and death. I have noticed that these two things seem to affect me in different ways than other people I know...

Negative Energy:

When it comes to being around certain people, sometimes I don't get good vibes. This is something that pretty much anyone can experience. However, I notice that when I am around people with a negative energy I actually feel sick. I feel like negative energy from other people really smothers me and hangs around me even when they leave. I feel this sick feeling for sometimes a week or two when around certain people. I'm not sure, but I think I am very sensitive to negative energy.

Death:

I do have many experiences with knowing when someone dies. I really do not like it at all, I find it a burden. My first experience was at the age of 5. I heard the phone ring, and my mom went to answer it... And I knew instantly that it was about my great grandma's passing. My next experience's were with two family friends. They passed on two separate occasion's, both of which I knew before being told by anyone. One of the instances I found particularly alarming that I knew the person had died because we hadn't seen or talked to them in quite some time. I also knew when my grandfather had cancer before anyone told me.

The two most disturbing experiences to me have been associated with my old pet cat and my brother en-law's brother. The pet situation started with my cat losing weight. I put my hand over him and closed my eyes. In my mind I saw his body all blue, but in his intestinal region I saw a red mass. We brought him to the vet a few days later. We were told he had a tumor in his small intestine and would probably not last much longer. I was freaked out by this, because the red mass I saw was exactly where his tumor was located. Nothing before bringing my cat to the vet would have lead me to think this, he was only losing weight... Which could have been many other things.

The story with my brother en-law's brother is by far the worst thing that I ever experienced. It is because of this experience that I really fear what else I may know or see one day. This young man had gone missing for about a month and a half. Nobody knew what happened. Nobody however thought that he wasn't alive, but pretty much thought that he just took off or something. My brother and I decided to try to meditate and see if we could locate him. My brother got the notion he was in Florida perhaps. I however closed my eyes and instantly saw the remains of a body, caution tap, and a rocky/sandy location. I was scared and sort of brushed it off, thinking it was only my imagination. Well, six months later his body was found. Not only that but the story and description was exactly what I saw and Where I saw it. I was horrified. I am still sad about this image. I am scared to see anything like this again, I don't want to.

I would greatly appreciate any thoughts, feedback, or advice. If anyone who has had similar experiences can help that would definitely be great. My main problem is my worrying. I am afraid sometimes that when I am worrying about somebody dying it is because it is actually happening. I have trouble because since in the past I knew when people died, I am afraid that my worries are actually real...it's scary.
