My Psychic Experience In The Last Two Years

My name is Cara, I'm thirteen nearly fourteen and I have a twin sister.

Okay. The last two years I've started to have psychic experiences and they have become more frequent and stronger over the years. I have experience several different things.

A couple of months ago I can on a school bus heading home after a netball match when I suddenly looked up at the window, I don't know why I did, I just did. Then I said to my friend, "I wonder what would happen if that window smashed?" Then two seconds later are bus hit a telephone pole and the window next to me smashed. A few minutes later I said to her, "I wonder what would happen if the window started falling?" Then two seconds later the glass started falling. I got a bit freaked out, so did my friend, but I just dismissed it. But these little things kept happening, not very often but they still did. I started to sense when bad thing were going to happen or I would say it and it would happen. This was one of my psychic experiences.

Now I can read physic cards and angles can speak through me. I often help my twin sister with problems one of them was this: a couple of days ago my sister told me that she was having trouble with spirits. I understood her because I can sense spirits as well but I keep a wall up to block them out. I didn't have much of a problem until she told me. She could fell that the spirits were cross with her for telling me. Suddenly the room went very cold, I could fell something taking my energy (from my emotions and aura) away so I immediately put up a stronger barrier but somehow they still managed to haunt us my sister and I were very scared now so we moved to my room. My sister's arm suddenly became very sore and when I felt it I couldn't feel the energy like I normally can. We prayed for them to go away and eventually they did.

I can also do this: Everyone has this energy in them and came do something with it, but I have this quite strongly, although I don't know how to control it. I can give and take away energy from people and their auras but I always seen to end up stealing it rather than giving it, if anyone knows how I can develop this I would be very grateful. At the moment I'm trying to build a wall for my sister because she says the spirits are getting very bad and every time she tries putting up a shield they just feed off it so please could someone help. Another thing that I can do is read and see auras I'm still working on getting better on that to, I would like to know if anyone have any thoughts on element magic, like actual physical things using water, fire, wind and earth because I'm very interested. So if anyone can help me on anything I have wrote here it would be very helpful.
