I have a few things to tell you and would like to know if you can help me with anything or if I'm just imagining things! I read somewhere else on this site that a ringing in the ears that sounds like a bell ringing can be a spirit or your spirit guide trying to contact you. I seem to get this quite frequently and recently its become very loud and hard to ignore and has been giving me a headache, it's like an equivalent to shouting. I don't know if this is a spirit trying to contact me or if it's just tinnitus, but I don't generally listen to loud music.

I also get strong instinctual feelings, either when something really bad or good is going to happen, or if I need to notice something. I have heard from my brother that my Grandad (who I never knew) often had this kind of thing as well.

I can also sense when someones looking at me for a prolonged amount of time and often sense the people around me.

I sometimes get a sensation, a sort of shift in the air, like the feeling of a door being opened, or the shift of electricity when a t.v is turned on, but a door hasn't been opened and the t.v remains off. Does this mean anything at all?

This is quite a weird one next I can sometimes, when I'm concentrating on it feel a ball of energy or electricity within my hands or from my fingers, it feels like my fingertips are alive, it's kind of odd and I may just be imagining it, but it feels like the electricity is running through my body.

Lastly I have seen a huge white figure probably about 7 ft high running through my bedroom door and when I've entered my room, there was nothing there but I felt a strange sense of calm and rest, any ideas on this? I have also had a couple of times, in different rooms of my house, when I've been really upset and been crying I've felt a hand rest on my head and it was only taken back when I had stopped crying, I don't think I imagined it but I would like to know what you think about all this and I will provide extra details if you wish. Concerning your feel of a shift in the air, I myself actually named that The Shift when I was about 16. It's like the world opens; there is more of it to be felt and seen. I likely am familiar with a different version of it than you, because when I'm in The Shift is when I have full access to... Well what I can do.

Hey VV here I just wanted to let you know that your developing sensitivity to the energy around you meaning your own abilities and energies are getting stronger the entities you are seeing one is your guide (the tall white one) and the ringing in your ears is it talking to you I have had similar experences when I was becoming more intune to my abilities I am 18 now and it still happens from time to time your also developing clariaudence [i don't think I spelled that right ] but its the ability to hear ghost or things of a spiritual nature. This is a time to learn psychic shelding techniques and also the static is in the air what also helps is unplugging television sets they produce A LOT OF IT! I thought I was crazy last night. I laid in bed at my parents new house where I've been for a few days. For the last 3 nights late at night the bed starts shaking ever so slightly like a small earthquake. I never thought anything of it but it's on a slab. Last night when this happened again, I buried my head in the pillow and heard springs bouncing while starting to feel a small child jumping on the bed around me. At the base of the bed I could feel small compressions right to left then back then up the right side close to me. When I heard something like feet hitting the carpet next to me, I jumped up and thought to myself this is to creepy to sleep in here. I started to lay on their couch. When I put my head in the pillow I heard something muffled like a voice, but not a ringing at all. When I moved my head tighter to the pillow my daith of my ear closed a bit and I distinctly heard a woman say "don't let him in the camp", then a yell from her saying "Let him go!". I quickly pulled my head away and had goosebumps. Then shortly afterwards I felt a really cold draft like a window was open come across me, although that would have been impossible. Then I distinctly heard footsteps on the tile floor. I jumped up and turned around figuring someone was there. So I decided to go back in the bedroom where I was at, and when I laid down, I heard a woman singing a song that sounded Native American when I placed my head on the pillow. It was soothing and at this point was welcoming it since I wasn't going to sleep well last night. The house is close by to a river in Indian country in Ohio. Hope it's not on an ancient burial ground.: (I never been more creeped out in a long time. I was meditating when it started, and it was like I tapped into spirits around me, and I was not asleep at all. Never happened to me before, but I might sleep with my lights on tonight.

hmm. Tinnitus or ringing in your ears is generally recognized as being one of the most annoying things that can happen to you.

In Chinese traditional medicine, they have treatments for ringing in your ears. They say it is either the kidney or the liver meridian depending on the characteristics of the noise. Maybe you can consult an acupuncturist or chinese herbalist if it gets really bad

But sometimes, being a little sick, or a little tired, or having a little weakness in a meridian, allows us to get in touch with the other dimensions...

I usually get that when I'm about to have an unwarranted clairaudience experience. If I let the ringing and occasional painful popping wait out and free my mind, I can hear distant voices of both living and passed. It's very strange all in all.

They say that the ringing is a sense that there is a spirit near you. They say if the spirit is coming from another world, and it's the amount of energy that their producing that makes the ringing sound, as if our ears can't handle the amount of energy. I get ringing in my ear all the time and I just got used to it. It sounds like your spirit guides are tunning in with you and that's when you should meditate and start asking questions and you will get your answers that way. I have read a lot of books by Syliva Browne her books are very helpful and will give you answers on what is happening. Try to get the one on Spirit guides, also the white figure seems like it must have been an angel and that is beautiful. I have seen white figures also and white represnts protection so it seems like you are well protected with an angle and of course your spirit guides which your higher power as sent.

Yeah sometimes the ringing in my ears gets really loud and I get a headache. Try meditating or something. Also when you feel the hand on you when your crying try to see if you can see a spirit next to you or somthing.

Sounds like youve got a lot going on there. I have felt a hand tapping my head numerous times while I have been lying in bed but it only happens when I sleep in one certain room of the house.
Ive also been experiencing a ringing sound in my ear. It sounded like a phone ringing out. I was sitting in the car with my fella and I heard it, I told my fella to be quiet and asked him if he could hear it and he said no what you talking about. Its like I'm the only one whos hearing it. Although at the time I thought nothing of it and carried on my day.
But yesterday I was on my own and I heard the exact same sound and couldn't work out where it was coming from, it feels and sounds like its on me and it reminded me of the time I heard it in the car a few weeks ago. It probably sounds really silly but its another strange thing added to my list of recent experiences which has made me join this website.

I have the same occurrence with the ringing ear too. I'm unsure whether it's a clairaudience or my music... Probably my music! But for you I'd say it's a spirit definitely:) Try meditating or something, who knows:P

As far as the balls of energy you got goin on- id definitely say you have electrokinesis - check it out for exercises! Be careful with it though:/

I also think you might be clairsentient... But I'm not sure... Maybe google a definition:) may help
