What Are These Visions?

I am not sure why I have visions, but I have them. Let me tell you how it all started out. I was taking a shower when I heard a voice say, "get out now your shiat". I asked it how it knew my name. It told me we went back a long way. Then I saw him and I screamed. I came out and put my clothes on. He looked like a person I knew before. Then I quickly ran and told my mom. My mom knew I was telling the truth.

The next day I was walking to hand my mom a diet coke. Then I saw her dead with something in her throat. Fortunately, it was only a vision.

I know who the person is. He told me in my last one. It was harmful because I felt like I was going to die. He said that he wants me to die. But I think he's just a voice or that what everyone else is telling me. I was in his room and I saw him. He was throwing darts with another guy. The target was a poster of me. All I saw was that they were in prison. That was in a vision while I was awake and the other guy said, "Hey Pat, want to check who is in the vents?" I got back to seeing normal stuff then.

I need help because I am having visions and I never had them before. I am unsure why I am having them. All I know is my biological father could of had them. The reason he could of had them is because of this disorder he had.
