Nightmare & Visions

This is a form of negative thoughtform manifestation. It's just something in the atmosphere that makes us see things that aren't really there and can actually alter our perception. Before going to sleep, try to set up a barrier around yourself that will filter out this negative thoughtforms. 😊

I've had a similar dream to yours but in my dream it's not my dad or my sister it's this girl I love and her father. Her father rapes her in my dream and the worst part is that I can't move and when I could it's to late her father killed her. I hates seeing it over and over again that one night I was so anger that I used that anger to stop that dream. It still happened from time to time. There is differnt ways to stop from having the nightmare over and over again but everyone is different so I hope you find the right way to help you.

I have a story about overcoming a dream theme. I don't know if it is the same kind of thing or if it will help, but on the chance that it will, here it is. I have know idea why I was having these dreams, but I did stop them. I got out of the army in March of '71 and started work in June of that year. Sometime during that period I started having dreams with a similar theme. Often I would be running from the cops and I would get away and get to a friends house, only to have them pull up our front so I would have to crawl out a back window and start running again. Or it would be the MP's trying to put me back in the Army again. I would run it seemed all night long and would wake up tired. The inability to sleep and the tiredness increased to the point where I knew I had to do something or have serious trouble. So I started telling myself at night when I went to bed that I would stop running and tell them to quit. After doing this for awhile I went to bed and dreamed that a mob with pitch forks and torches were chasing me and my girl friend. I took her hand and ran up into a yard and turned to face them. I was really mad and I stood there yelling, "Come on, let's see what you can do." "Do something, let's get it over with." They left and I never had a dream that had that same theme and feel ever again. The anger I felt in my dreams was a stronger reaction than was needed I think and I would of been better off just turning and saying "get lost" maybe. My anger was very intense. The dreams almost seemed to be controlled by someone else or something else. Years later I read about the possibility of things called elementals. A very low form of life than can do no more harm to you than to create fear in you. Fear can be a strong thing though. I don't know if there is a connection there or not. I have read a book about astral projection where the guy uses the energy generated from love, starting it as a white light in his chest and expanding it to create a protection too. Hope you can beat the dream. You have the ability to use methods in your dreams to help yourself. It took me awhile, but I kept suggesting a solution until it came about. Maybe overkill but it worked. I read another book by a man who was being haunted by a monster. One day in his dream he decided to quit running and talk to the monster. Turned out the monster was very intelligent and good at conversation. They had a nice talk and left as friends. The dream world is often full of surprises.
