Beware of 11:11 becuase it gives energy and power to demons, at that time I would literaly feel anerexic/sudicidal but then at 11:12 I was fine.

I do have names pop into my head now and then so when ever they pop in to my head I always write the names in my psychic journal. One time the name Cindy King came into my head so I searched the name and it turned out she was a Doctor that had died. I wondered about her importance to me because I had had her name pop into my head. Then later that day my mom had a huge word pop into her head and no body knew what it meant so... Back to the internet we went and then we found out that the word (sorry I don't remember the word, plus it is almost unpronouncable) was a way to help get rid of cancer like Lukimia (I think I spelt that wrong) anyway, You would have needed to go to doctor school in order to learn how to do that (and how to pronounce it. Lol) Well my mom has never been to doctor school... In this life... I have a suspition that in a past life she was Cindy King. I think that is what the name Diana means for you. The numbers are a little more confusing but maybe they have an importance too. When ever the name Diana pops into your head write down the date and time... Maybe the numbers will show up there. If you do not feel ready then simply ask your Angels to decrease it until you feel more ready. It might be an issue of timing in which they need you to use your ability now, but most often they know when you are ready and at that time all will begin to develop.

It is common for a psychic's abilities to decrease when they reach teen years so they can focus more on schooling, dating, etc. Then it will increase again after the teen years.

You are not too young, some of us here have had their abilities since childhood. I too applaud you for seeking other view points.
Alot of the control thing comes with time. Some of us still struggle with keeping balance. What I do when I am not up to my abilities, I just avoid what makes them stronger until I feel strong again.
3, 7, 12, 13
There are many forms of numerology out there. You should have your mom take you to a book store and look through the numerology books if numbers seem to pop up for you alot.
For me the number three has several meanings.
For christians it is Father,Son, Holy Spirit, could represent above, below, where you are, Mother-Father-Child, Girl-Woman-Crone. It seems like it could mean finding balance, since all of these examples form a whole in some way.
I am drawn to the Triquetra and where rings on 4 of my fingers that are triquetra, from what I understand it first meant Air,Fire,Water, then it meant Girlchild-Mother-Crone then for a time early christians identified it with Father-Son-Holy Spirit. For me it has transcended time...
For me seven represents logic, a natural order to things and knowledge.
There are 7 ages of man, ancient wonders of the world, circles of Universe, cosmic stages, days of the week,heavens,hells,pillars of wisdom, rays of the sun
12 or 1+2=3
I already gave examples of 3
13 or 1+3=4 or reduced to its lowest 2
2 represents duality, opposing sides, many times 2 holds conflict. 2 calls for a need of balance.
Add the numbers together and reduce them, you have a 7
I would say these numbers individually you need to find balance so you can experience the total of the numbers which is 7, which in a nut shell represents the completion, the answers you are looking for.

I applaud you for seeking out multiple opinions and wanting to educate yourself. You are not too young to be having these experiences though I agree that 'life' as a teenager is more than enough to deal with. Being psychic is neither good nor bad, it simply is, and it would seem that it is an aspect of your being, so embrace who you are without judging it. When you touch an object and pick up information on it that is a form of clairsentience called 'psychometry', so there are words out there for the experiences you are having and it is time for your education to begin. There are many books out there and you will know when it feels right to you or not if you simply listen to that quiet inner voice. It will 'nudge' you as to what feels good and what feels like a 'red flag'. Trust it. Now one book that will help you with definitions is called 'Phenomenon' and its written by Sylvia Browne. This is only a starting point. One book will lead to the next and in time when you are ready teachers may appear in your life. Again, trust your intuition as to what feels like the right people and the right direction.

i don't have any idea what the numbers might mean, but the name could be a spirit or if you will, your guardian spirit I met mine the same way, I may see silly and stupid, but I'm just tossing out my experience and seeing if it will help, I know how you feel, I have been hearing and seeing things unworldly since I was 5.
