Need Psychic Medium Advice

I find that its in the speaking to the spirits and letting them know that you know they are there and that you are willing to help them as you can that the spirits seems to settle down (in time) and start to communicate with you better... And if you respect them they will respect you and not bother you as much during the nights that you need your rest if you request it of them.

Ouija boards bring a lot of negative entities through. Also, the board does not come with specific directions of how to properly use it, especially telling you how to close the board out. The board must be closed out properly so the negative entities can be sent back from where they came from.

There is a man and a woman, but they speak as one, if that makes sense. Their names are Cian and Entrity, they are here to aid me with inner tranquility and a ballance of concious and sub-concious.

I didn't even notice I put 666 in my name, I've always done it. But I asure you it will be the last time.

The meditation hasnot been working quite aswell for meeting my guides but this worked quite well, I will contune with the meditation though as I need to balance my chakras better.

How to contact your Guides:

-First be relaxed and in a location where you feel most spiritual and protected.

-Next in your mind and outloud ask for all negative energies/entities to leave for they are not welcome. They need to be told this.

-Next pray innerly (not outloud). Ask to be protected from negative, bad, evil, or dark energies/entities/spirits.

-Once you feel at peace and protected, pray innerly to communicate with your Top Level Guides. Only those who guide you, care for you, protect you, and are of the white light.

-You will then hear some inner thoughts, which at first you might feel are only your own, but they will catch you off guard because you will know you yourself did not think that thought. Reply to it. Listen carefully. Ask it questions. Listen for answers.

-Now at this point you will wonder if you are crazy, and are imagining things, or making it up in your own mind. This is when you need to ask to be sent signs as an assurance that they do in fact exist. They do not mind doing this. They understand. Request a sign which is challenging and not so common so you will know for a fact that it is from them, but do not choose a sign that is impossible.

Be aware and watch for the signs.

Keep in mind that Guides do not always come forward until we know they exist, believe in them, and need them. Even then it might be against the rules for them to come forward. Others like to remain hidden and watch over us silently. Remember that Guides are on another level. They can make mistakes, be not so experienced as other ones, and might bend the rules and get in trouble for it. So be careful when making contact and making demands. They do have to answer to the highest power aka God.

Guides or spirits?

It is very important to confirm that they are good entities which you are meant to help and not bad entities trying to attack or manipulate you. They can see you and hear your spoken word but not usually hear your thoughts so the first thing to do is to pray for your guides to protect you and advise you on what to do. As for the entities/spirits you must speak outloud to them to ensure that they hear you and tell them that you only welcome good spirits and ask all negative or bad energies/entities/spirits to leave. This is also important to do when using lettered cards, tarot cards, scrabble, etc to communicate with your top level Guides for advice and guidance. Always confirm you are speaking to them and not to entities/spirits until you are ready to do so.

Have you ever heard of the phrase: "If you play with fire you will get burned."?

You use three sixes in your name and you opened up the portal by playing with a ouiji board. So why be surprised when you are visited by an "angry" female spirit and a man with no face, and other spirits which are giving you a feeling of fear, worry, and concern?

Consider the fact that you yourself might have done something to draw negative dark entities. The good news is if you can draw them near then you can also rid of them. Obviously this is harder than drawing them since they will take some convincing to leave since you were the one who called on them (whether deliberate or not).

What sort of questions do you ask a spirit guide?

I know he's here to guide me but I don't understand what or how I'm meant to do.

Poko, Perhaps he is just watching how you do to start with. It's a good sign that he's there. When he feels you are ready for the next step, he will speak to you. Practise and you will learn much from each experience.

If he does decide it's time to speak with you, make sure you are armed with the right questions. If you are already asking him questions and he isn't speaking, perhaps you are asking the wrong ones, or perhaps he knows that you won't understand the answers just yet!

hey Academylin, I tried out the beach one where you cleanse your Chakra's but I Didn't get the whole way there. I got to where I was walking just past the field of poppy's and it just all disappeared and there was a man's face. I've never seen this man before, and he wasn't trying to talk but could it have been him, my spirit guide?

I posted a simple version of the meditation on here. Glad you had a good experience with it incidently!
Subconsciously at the end of your meditation when you make it back to your "safe place" put on an imaginary cape. Blue on the outside and gold on the inside, tie it at the neck and tie it at the waist and put the hood up.

It's kind of like your first line of defence subliminaly. Once you are wrapped in that your defences are up against the spirit world whilst you wish them to be.

In fact is your email addy on your profile, The meditation has been rewritten including this (your cape!) and opening and closing the chakras, which, once practised makes an inordinate amount of difference to what you are then succeptible to also!?

It does indeed take time and there's a whole lot of brain bashing on the journey!
You can take the "brain bashing" though once you get the knowledge in your head, you are able to analyse the weird stuff and make sense of it!

I had another premanition before I woke up, at the time I thought it actually happened. My light went on and I opened my eyes for a brief second and there was a man standing and he said in the same voice as my dad "right graeme its time to get up, its quarter past 7" and I was like "yeah yeah" and then 5 minutes later it actually happened and I was like "you were just in here 5 minuites ago!" But he wasnt.

AMAZING! The garden was the most beautiful most tranquil and calming place I have ever been in my life! I could have stayed there forever and ever! Granted it was blurry at times and I had to sit on the bench for quite a while, it was so tiring being there.

Unfortunately I didn't manage to meet him in the garden. But when I left I felt an overwhelming presence around me, like we were old friends and it was as if everything was alright.

I Haven't managed to make out most of what he said but I got the feeling that he was trying to tell me that it'll take time.

A weight has been lifted.

Linx, I couldn't open the gate, and when I tried it started to get dark. So I stopped, I'll try again in a while. I just need practice, after all, it was my first one.

Thanks for the advice guys, I'm going to go try do that meditation thing just now and see how it goes. I'm going to record it onto my mp3 player and listen back to it until I remember it.

Hi Grame,
Ask for help, you have guides, angels and helpers over there that are more than willing to help.
Also tell her she's not welcome. She can't do anything to you and I'm sure is there only because you can see her. Sometimes they're like moths to a flame.
I never slept an entire night without being woken up or bothered until I realized I could ask for help, now my bouncer over there keeps the velvet rope down and I can sleep!

There is a guided meditation there to help you meet your guide, either read it out into a tape recorder and play it gently to yourself whilst you meditate, Leave spaces for prompts etc, or read through it a few times so you know where you are going, and simply take yourself off there!
Meditation and visualisation takes some practise so if you don't meet anyone, try again tomorrow!

well I'm taking your advice and I'm going to purchase the the items your recommended. I read a few other stories about influencing elements and trying to predict things that happen so I thought I'd try them out. I was in the shop earlyer and I predicted that the man in frount would try and pay with the wrong money and sure enough he did, 30p short.
But regarding my spirit guide, how do I go about it?

I just thought that I'd mention that last night went ok, there were a few times during the night where I was awoken by a spirit trying to contact me but I managed to take all your advice and convince them that this wasn't the best time and that if they did want to contact me they had to let me get a better grasp of my "gift".

That is indeed a longshot Haidee, I mean you can never lose things, just misplace them, and often the last place we look is where we find what we have misplaced. So try in the most obvious place but the last place you'd look. Infact the place that's so obvious its the last place you'd look.

Synchronicities are placed in our way daily and it is merely up to you to recognise them. So regarding the song... Well done for noticing the strategy!

So you need to "let your spirit guide you" do you? I think that's lovely and confirms the fact that if you are drawn to interact with other energies, there needs to be a belief system in place which will act as your grounding and for your protection.

So often peoples first "contact" with alternative energies is through the portal which is an ouja board! It's really not smart and NOT clever. But scolding you now isn't going to help!

Edmund is correct in the fact that once the entity has accessed through said portal, they are a pain in the backside to get gone!
You can ask your guides, but first you gotta find them, and this takes practise. See " how to meet your spirit guide" story on here. Immediate energy replacement, ie; diluting the negativity with goodness can be achieved by a) smudgeing with sage, the areas where you saw these energies. B) Calling upon the Archangel Michael, who is chief protector within the angelic realms, to stand with you against these entities. Treat yourself to a gem called a carbuncle (if you can find one) this will invoke Michael stronger to you.
C) Angelica oil (which is used in exorcisms) is also Michaels choice of oil, surprisingly enough and should be placed onto a tissue and under your pillow.
This websites sales page has " power pyramids" I think they're called, I believe these are made from orgonite which is a fabulous all round protector too!

Pray for Michael first, physically call out for him if you have to, he should be able to clear the problem up. Then, Poko... Don't play with ouja boards again!

Poko666... Once negative energies have visited they are difficult at best to keep under control and even harder to get rid of. If your so inclined there are prayers for protection that work well early in the process... Most mediums/channelers I have known or read about are pretty spiritual and use prayer for protection. Its also possible to learn how to get in touch with a spiritual guide or try to get some advice from someone who has a lot of experience astral projecting and can mentor you.

yeah, it makes it that bit easier just knowing I'm not the only one. I need to trust myself a bit better. What do you mean by "keeping out negative energies" I'd appreciate it if we could keep in touch.
