Spirits Contacting Me Through My Dreams?

If you want to find out who they are and what they want put a seal of protection around you such as white candles pentagram etc pray and meditate on them. Ask them to come forward, if they are good they will be able to if they aren't they will not be able to manifest. Ask God and the angel to surround you and be with you to help you determine if they are in true need of help. If they are in fact real then every question you ask them should be answered in an instant whether it be audibly or threw your first initial thought. If I find my dream scary, I would rather manipulate it than to let things just happen (lucid dreaming). I also have sometimes ghostly feelings too when dreaming. 😨 😊

I agree with Oracle, you need to make sure that you are not playing a trick on yourself and then think what to do next. Going to another psychic, more experienced then you probably would be the best thing to do, but if you are new to this it could be hard to find somebody like that. Since you think they are local, you need to ask them to show you more, but don't use any boards or anything like it, they should be able to tell you in someway on their own. Then, you can go to the library and take papers for the last, let's say 5-7 years, and check the missing person column, if the mother and daughter were murdered somebody should explain their absence somehow, to file them missing or something like that. When you dream next time, try to look around more, pay attention to the detail, maybe you'll see something that can help you, but whatever you do, be careful. Ask your Guides and Angels to help you to help those people and protect you. Situations like that are tricky, not many people would believe somebody who had a dream about some murder and sometimes it gets very tiring dealing with scepticism and disbelieve, so don't get frustrated, be patient, you need to be very careful choosing whom to say and how to say it. Whatever you choose to do remember that you are never alone, don't be too shy to ask for help and if somehow you'll learn who that murderer is and nobody would listen to it don't go to him on your own, wait, ask your Guides and Angels to help and they will find the way, it might not be immediate but they will. Step 1: First rule out if it is only from a movie you have recently seen, a book you have read, or just a fear dream. Once you have ruled those out you can move onto the next step.

It's hard when you're so young and can't do much, especially when the details aren't all laid out for you. I've had many dreams like this, cries for help? It's so hard, I don't have any means of real transportation (don't have a car yet) or any real addresses or a house or anything. Just pictures from the dreams.

It sounds like this is exactly what it seems to be; two spirits seeking help. I know this is scary but perhaps they have chosen you because you are the only the one who can help them. You don't have to do anything you are not comfortable with, but I suppose it is possible that they will not leave you alone.

Now helping them could be dangerous for a couple reasons. They have contacted you and they can probably tell you more info. But I would definitely seek some advice on communication with spirits. Unfortunately, I wouldn't know where to tell you to go. I would definitely not try to contact them with stuff like ouija boards or anything that could open a door to spirits. Also, this father is a dangerous murderer. Don't do any detective work that could endanger you.

Is there any adult you can go to with this? I would definitely recommend that if you are going to proceed with this, you find some adult who can help you. They don't have to be psychic. What about your parents? Anyone who can help you make educated decisions. Its also less scary when you are not alone in something.

Something you can do that won't be dangerous is to go on the internet and research news archives for your area's papers. Any mother and daughter reported missing four or five years ago?

The important thing to remember is you are not alone. Stuff like this happens and this time you're a part of it. You don't have to do anything you don't want to. But I would be surprised if this is an isolated incident. It sounds like you have abilities, and one day, if not now, you will have to deal with that. So don't deal with it by yourself, talk to someone you trust. They may be skeptical, but people who love you will support you.

You must be pretty special for these spirits to have chosen you. Believe in yourself and be brave.
