Attacked By Spirit

I've been dealing with my abilities for my whole life really. From the spirit world I have been chased, pushed, pulled, pinched, punched and other things. But last week for the first time I actually had a spirit draw blood, and not just a little or accidentally. For starters It happened at my workplace where I know there to be at least two energies present. The first is impish and child like. It likes to make noises and run around you and at you trying to scare you like a child would. The second is heavy and negative that I relate it to hot garbage. It makes me feel overwhelmed and nauseous like i'm going to pass out and it smells like rotting trash.

Long story short we were short cashiers at the time so I got on a register to get the line down. As I stood there ringing customers through I noticed that my right leg felt like it was burning. It continued to get hotter and hotter almost like a rash or something. Once the line was down and I had a second I reached down to rub my leg and found blood on my finger tips. Looking down at my leg are 4 clear scratches that looked like claw marks with blood running freely down my leg. I took a picture that night but I'm at a loss for what to do here. My job has been very negative lately which may be making one of them energies there stronger or bolder but I draw a line at being physically attacked like that. I know it's not normal to encounter a presence strong enough to cause that kind of damage. But I need to know the best way to protect myself from it. I feel like my abilities are making me a prime target for it and it seems to be getting stronger. I wouldn't mind losing the job if necessary but it sucks to have to leave because of something that no one else realizes is there. If anyone has any ideas on how to protect myself please let me know!
