No problem. I pop in and out of these boards as time permits. I am glad you are seeking answers. They are not always easy to come by. When seeking out some type of mentor, it is really, really important that they are a 'clean' psychic. Many times psychics have the intention of helping, but they are not always spiritually wise and can be influenced by the dark side and never realize it. I don't mean to scare you. Your instincts and intuition are important. Trust them.

Christ was given frankincense and myrrh and gold. No one ever asks why. These are powerful resins that have a high frequency. The dark side has a low frequency and the higher your frequncy is, the more difficult it makes it for them to get to you. Basic herbs are great for sausages and ceremonies but they do not have the horsepower to remove entities, especially in the long term. If you can, purchase these frankincense, myrrh, and dragon's blood resins and burn little pieces on a charcoal briquet. If you cannot afford them all, go for the dragon's blood.

Another way to raise your frequency is to put on a green light bulb at night. It sounds nutty, but the frequency of this light at night creates a barrier for the dark side. I guess Ghostbusters kind of knew something. LOL

Until you have more control, I would not actively try astral projection. Although you probably do it naturally when you sleep. You never know who you may bump into. A lot of negative entities disguise themselves as the good guys. Always pour down a rain of salt with every intelligence that you come across. If they stay after being salted, then that is a good thing.

I do believe many of us are in a 'spiritual warfare' and that might be what you are feeling. Use the crossing over prayer in my original message and see if that helps. It is simple, but effective.

You're very welcome. The best way to further your gifts are to find someone who has already learned and advanced in the gifts you have. As for protection there are several ways to go about, depending on your religious stand point.
1) if you are religious, rebuke the evil and pray.
2) if you're not religious you can use herbal protection. A few that are great are white sage, lavender, and rosemary. You can do some more research and find more.
3) you can use crystal protection, unfortunately I don't know much about it, but you can look into it
4) astrology, some people find protection in astrological ways
5) this is last case scenario, but some people find protection in numerology, I don't know much about numerology, besides basics, but it is unreliable.

I am sorry I did not reply earlier I didn't know my story got posted until this morning. And I feel safe but there are times where I feel like I'm being followed or being watched. When I have flashbacks to some of my past visions, I get a chill or feel like as I'm having my flashback its like someone is monitoring me. When I try to astral project sometimes there's someone there in front of me then thousands of pictures flashes through my minds eye. At times my third eye doesn't open. I'm just lost and have never had anyone to help me I've had a lot of people swear they're going to help me or teach me. I don't believe them anymore but I want to start learning practicing growing my strengths I don't know why but I feel like the need to fight and protect is becoming bigger and bigger. I don't want whatever war is coming to come and I be lost in the ashes of the new beginnings. I want to be the person who helps bring it forth not be destroyed because the weight of it all crushed me.

Impressive. I understand your problems, I too have extensive gifts, and my own share of things. The powers that you have that you have described are: astral projection, aurona, premonitions, psychokinesis, aura seeing, and omnilanguism. You are powerful and the dark side will try to quelch you, you must protect yourself, and you must develop your gifts so that there not so easily negated. I wish you the best of luck.

I find that some of the most sensitive and aware psychics are constantly hit by the dark side. They try to extinguish your light, try to make you feel like you are crazy, and try to put you in bad situations. They do not want you to succeed. The dark will extinguish the light if we let it.

You have an amazing set of abilities. My first concern for you is that you are safe. Until you have more control, do not seek out activities where you become connected with other beings. When you see ghosts (souls that have not crossed over) use this prayer to send them to the light. These dark beings do not want you to be successful. Your job/mission is probably to rise above them.

Crossing them over helps, you, them and the planet. They have a low frequency that will also lower your energy field. Plus, they need help and you will earn a LOT of karmic brownie points by helping them!

When you come into contact with other beings, pour down a rain of salt over them. If they stay, then they are truly of the light side. If they shape shift into their natural state or disappear.

It also looks like you remember things from previous lifetimes, such as other languages.

The ability to see and feel other people's energies is a whole other subject. For now, the best thing you can do for yourself is to strengthen your auric field. You can do this by not drinking, smoking, doing drugs. All of these things lower one's frequency which gives the dark side access to you.
