Breaking House

I was laying on the couch. Everything was normal. My son's legs and feet were touching my leg, we were watching Monsters INC, and I was relaxed. Suddenly though I could feel, here, and see I was in reality, I was also seeing myself in a house I had never been to, with a couple that I have never met. I watched myself go about the house and in the end telling this couple what was there, was playing cat & mouse with me. As I was almost leaving this horrible thing appeared about 25 feet from me. It unhinged it's jaw and leapt towards me. It's knife like 'claw' cut just enough through my skin on my chest, that it infected me and snuffed out my light. As that was happening, a force came down so hard that I saw the 2 story house split in half, with such detail I could actually see the nails being bent and boards broken. This 'being' was so enraged that it looked upon the doglike being and it just melted into the floor. Now I watched as this huge, blueish white being held me in it's hand (which I could of fit like 10 people into it) and put back my light to the point where it was coming out of every pore of me. Then it all went back to normal. I told the couple they were safe and went on my way. Now what makes me feel like I'm insane is the fact that I told someone cause I was so terrified and overwhelmed with emotion. I described the issue, the layout, even the couple to them and found out that they actually knew the couple and then wanted me to help them. I refused to cause of what I saw, and to this day those people still have an issue. Am I crazy? Is it coincidence? Or am I over reaching. This keeps happening and I can not explain it. Please help
