At Peace, For Lack Of A Better Term, Tips And Tricks

Since my last few posts, I've grown a lot. I can see very well astrally, my spasms and everything have stopped, and I actually feel like everything is starting to make sense in the world. I have had past lives, a few of them going negative. I have (hopefully but you never know) taken care of most of my bad karma. Healing and channeling are going well.

Anyways, I wanted to post a few of my findings so that maybe if you were drawn to this you could get a few pointers or something like that. I'm here to help, after all. C:

Tips on being an Empath:

+ How to tell if you are empathic or just really passionate about something is to see if you can almost become it. For example, I'm empathic with trees so I can feel like if one is okay, sick, or just chilling. Sometimes trees don't want to talk but eh, who am I to force it?

+ If you feel bogged down with everyone's emotions, STOP. Take a breath and focus on YOU first. Everyone goes through a stage of awkward, like you aren't used to your ability (abilities) and are slowly adjusting, but that's perfectly normal. In my eyes its like a shorter version of being a teenager:P

+ See what you are empathic with (See + One). There are many different types of 'paths, Empath, Technopath, I call myself a Humopath (Latin root Humus = earth, no not hummus. Heeew-mus.) But there are plenty of words to say the same thing, so don't worry if one title sounds weirder than the next.

+ YOU ARE NOT ALONE, even people who don't know it are a little empathic! Broaden your horizons! Feel the energy of the universe! Eat a taco, I don't know just be yourself and be as awesome as you are! (I'm feeling inspired now hahaha)

Astral bits so you can tell its real or not real:

+ Focus on the little details. If its, say, a rubber ball, what color is it? Wheres the seam where it joins together? What's the pattern on it? It seems boring now but later on, if you can travel places astrally (Paris is beautiful.) all the little details come into this one big beautiful masterpiece. Eventually. It takes time to develop abilities, turns out I've been able to see since I was little. No two people are exactly the same, though. Go at your own pace! No use rushing it, your energy is as stubborn as you. (Inside reference)

A small word on spirits:

Every spirit has their own look and personality. Some travel in groups, some are alone, really they ARE us just on a different level. Not all spirits are bad, but not all are too good either. Just be careful and really think about things. In fact, OVER think. What do they want? Where do they come from? And most important, What would they gain from me from this? Is this going to hurt me or anyone around me? (Even people you don't know have lives. They go through life just like you do. I'm not saying make friends with every person you meet, just take them into account when making choices.) And finally,

Am I really wanting to do this? Are these feelings my own? Is this right?

Closing Note:

I have found that music influences greatly. It's amazing how just a song and a place can move people to tears. Maybe we all aren't so bad after all, if we can feel this. I hope you all out on the internet understand this feeling one day, hopefully not taking the EXACT path I have. There is hope for this world. I know it.
