Can A Person Or Place To Be Linked To Psychic Experiences?

At the beginning of this school year I would get deja vu frequently around this one guy. I even dreamed about him and the class I see him in, with exact seating arrangements and everything, before school started and everything happened exactly the same in real life, except, where I was confused as to what we were doing in the dream (I didn't dream about the directions or explanation), I completely understood in real life. The guy kept asking me if I used to go to different schools or if we had met before. He also kept talking to me a lot. Now sometimes I see sparkles/little flashes of light when he is around me or even if he's not around and I'm just in the same place where I usually see him (hence why I said places in the title and not just people). I get these weird feelings when I'm there, too. One time out of no where, I felt this really strong anger that I had never felt before surface in my gut when he got mad (though he didn't seem THAT angry). I wasn't mad... But I was, if that makes sense. Also, he always asks if I'm okay, when I'm upset or not feeling well, although no one else notices. His aura is one of the strongest I see, similar to mine, actually (in color that is). Also right after I met him and before I met him, I met like four people with similar/ the same name as him. My psychic abilities have gotten A LOT stronger after meeting him, especially lately. Keep in mind everything happened in the same setting. So I was wondering... Is it possible for places or people be linked to psychic experiences? Or is there some other explanation? If so, then please tell me. Thank you in advance.
