it's been awhile since my last story here and for the most part nothing has really changed. With that being said I was hoping someone could help me figure out what this means, a couple days ago I was at work and while talking to this women she happened to tell me she was a professional psychic, I was interested because like many of you on this site I wanted answers so I told her that I've been having weird things happen to me for the past year or so and she said that she knew what I was going through and that I am a spirit magnet and that they will always be drawn to me and even follow me. Now I didn't get a chance to ask her why but I was hoping one of you might know what does being a spirit magnet mean, I've only seen one spirit, the rest of the time I just feel uneasy and start hearing things and I've also been getting more chills through my head and shoulders even when there is no breeze. I don't know if that has anything to do with spirits but I just thought it was weird I have tried to look it up but the internet isn't very helpful.

I understand the gist of what a spirit magnet is I just want to know more like why can't I see them all the time, why do I feel uneasy and scared, and why is this all happening to me now? I had things happen when I was younger that was a little abnormal but it just seems like since this past year or so there isn't a moments peace, there is always something with me I can feel it in the back of my mind please if anyone can help me understand more and shed some light on this for me I'd be more than grateful thank you for reading my story.

Why do you not listening to your self.
If sensing cold or hot spots, what thoughts or images,
Sensations.

With meditation only you know what makes you feel safe. Create that. Open and close it upon beginning and ending. If you are distracted. Ask 3 times in your head, who the are and what is their purpose? Ask for proof. Read up on guides on this site.

Get the book I recommended. You will have to do your home work.
It is up to you.

Well I actually have never talked to my spirit guide I don't know if I even have one and I do try to meditate but I always get distracted by something it's like as soon as I start to try and clear my mind I sense an energy that has stepped forward and I lose my focus and try to find whatever it is distracting me and I don't really test them I just try to talk aloud or in my head to whatever I feel is near me but get no response:/ I don't know if I'm even capable of doing anything with these discarnate souls, I feel very lost but completely aware if that makes any sense I just have no idea what's going on

I may be missing something. But what methods of meditation have you used to clear you mind.

What protection do you use before communicating with them? How do you test them to identify if a discarnate,, human or a neg entity?

How do you work with your guides or angels so you open without fear knowing you are protected?

Yes I did but I still don't understand why it's all happening now more than ever and I don't get how to make them either talk to me or show themselves

What do you mean sensing souls like of living people? Or just souls that walk around aimlessly lol sorry I don't understand this stuff much

Sounds like she is saying you are just wired to draw tgem to to your self. And will. You will
Always draw them to yourself. Seems to be her interpretation.

My thought is you are sensitive to sense discarnate people who have not crossed. But you also sense souls
Just passing by.
