Ever since I was little I have seen the same man over and over again, at first it was very rare to see him. He never speaks and never moves he just stands and stares. I sometimes can't help but think I'm going crazy. As I got older I began to see this man more and more but my memory of his appearance has always been hazy. 2005 was the last time I remember seeing him at the foot of my bed as always. Just standing staring before just disappearing. That was until a few nights ago when I rolled over in bed to find him staring at me but he had moved to the side of my bed. As you can imagine after not seeing him for several year I got quite a fright before I remembered who he was. Being at the side of my bed I could make out his appearance a little better. He doesn't look like anyone I have ever met in my life. He is small and over weight with a bald head and an old face. When I was younger I'm not sure what I made of this man but I was not scared until I saw him a few nights ago. I'm not sure what it is but he left an eerie atmosphere and I haven't felt comfortable sleeping without a light on or the television up full. I have brought this up with my parents recently that I thought I saw a man at the side of my bed but never that I remember seeing him as a child. They reassured me that they have lived in this house since it was built and have never experienced any super natural things so I'm confused on why I am seeing this man and why after several years he has decided to come back? Is this even something that can be explained or am I indeed going crazy?

He did relay once that I was going through a

He may just want to communicate with you, since you are unaware of how to communicate, it may seem he has nothing to say. Most spirits communicate telepathically, which is strictly mental, some actually can make their voice heard, some dont, and their words will come in the form of your own thoughts and even mental images.
This is your choice to communicate, you don't have to. If he scares you and you don't want to be bothered by him, ask him one night before you fall asleep. Be firm and confident, think to yourself " I ask you to stop visiting me and interfering with me. Without my permission you are not to contact me, and this goes for everyone."
If you are okay with communication. Before falling asleep, or the next time you see him, mentally "think" to him. Ask who he is, or whatever you like. If you begin to be afraid mentally tell him he's frightening you. Pay attention to your thoughts and emotions after you ask a question. I feel as though he's "given" you dreams. You understand? Think wayy back...
