Am I Crazy Or Am I Really Seeing Spirits?

I'm writing this story to get some feedback on some experiences.

For as long as I can remember I've been able to predict events that would happen.

One day, when I was 12 years old, I saw an image in my head of people running, lots of water, I could hear the sound of the wind, the sound of rain, and I could see cars and houses being torn apart.

I didn't know what to make of this so I described it to my brother and he said a hurricane? I told him yes, and he said that we don't have hurricanes in California.

A few days later, I heard about hurricane Katrina.

Also, when I was about 4 or 5 possibly earlier, my parents said that I would talk to someone and have conversations with myself. The only issue is I can't remember seeing him, and when they say his name my body reacts like I've been hurt, I jump, and I see darkness.

Another experience, which happened just recently, I walked in to my apartment and my dish washer was turned on, I didn't have any reason to use it, nothing was inside it, and nobody is allowed in my apartment.

Since then, I've felt scared to be in there alone, and I swear I saw a man standing in my room! He didn't say a word to me, he just stood near my bed staring at me, with a creepy smile on his face.

A few months ago, I was sitting down on a chair talking to my Mom and I saw a lady in her mid 60's, looking at me smiling, and she gave me the feeling that she's my grandma who passed away before I was born.

I told my Mom that her mom is here, and then I saw two images of a ring with a diamond in the middle, and a large picture frame, I described this to my Mom and she told me that her Mom always wore a diamond ring, and she had a large picture of her inside her house.

Am I going crazy? Or Am I psychic?

I feel like I am really seeing it, but it's hard because I'm legally blind I need help.
