Lately my "senses" have been getting worst. I mean, it is great to hear and smell far away and have great night vision, but too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. Some days I can't even go outside in public because of the smell of different perfumes people wear which give me horrible headaches. Unfortunately, smells are everywhere... And it's hard to escape unless you're outside with nature, one place I love.
My smell is pretty extreme... I can even smell bottles that say "no scent", but I can still pick it up. A specific example of this was when I was at the neurologists for my headaches which I have had for years, anywho I was in the room with my mother and the doctor. In the middle of the "session" I told them that I smelled something like pizza, and I asked if either one of them could smell it. But both said no, and the doctor said you must be delusional because he told me that he had a good sense of smell and would know himself if their was a smell. So, after we were done, he walked me out and, low and behold, I did in fact smell something. It was pizza and I smelled it six doors down in a closed room. I also have really good hearing that drives me nuts, because I pick up on all the little things that everyone blocks out from bits of bark breaking off, to those ANNOYING air conditions or even pipe lining, and fans, and the noise the lights make. And yes, lights do indeed make noise... Which are also very annoying.
Well, it has gotten worst to were I need to block these things out but I can't. All the time now I hear ringing sounds from low deep pitches to really extremely high frequencies. It's just that I need a break and need help with breaking away from all of these things.
