Trying To Understanding What's Happening To Me

I would say if something scares you, at your age, stay away from it until you understand it better. Meanwhile, headaches: any head injury? Drugs? Sniffing something? By sniffing something, it could be something you don't know about, something you are breathing in that you are allergic to. Does you mom use scented items in your home? How old is your school? I sense something around you that you are breathing in. Is your home older? Could there be mold? I'm just picking up something with you. You don't have to go public with a reply to this.
I'm just giving you "other" things to think about.

Just curious, if you are frightened of these abilities, why you would want to learn pyrokinesis. Name a "good" use for this skill.

You weren't talking to the dead. They aren't dead. Dead person's soul will immediately return to God/their soul is locked in God's hand. What you see right now are alive being in the parallel dimension. We live in two world. Human Realm and Spiritual Realm. Remember This two world is one world. Modern coward people call them ghosts lol but they aren't ghost.

There are many types of race in their realm:

1. Spirit (This is the civilian in spiritual realm called and they can be good or bad)
2. Devil (get away from this one, their energy is strongly negative | they mislead you)
3. Satan (also get away from this one they're also highly negative energy | they mislead you)
4. Angel (I think Angel is a messenger)
5. God (All what you need is with this guy, don't go for any other including Spirit, Devil or Satan)

You can be friends with them. They also live like human being but they just don't eat, change form to anything they want and can live more than 10, 000 years.

You can test their energy whether they're positive or negative entities. Say this God's holy word "la illah illa allah" go to YouTube on how to read this. It's in Arabic. When you say this word out of your tongue, negative spirits including with the strongest of their kind will no match for you because you're using your God's divine protection. All negative entities will flee! They will be burning when hearing that holy words which left only the positive one.

Why do they get burn? Because when you finish spoken that words, your body will suddenly emit a very bright shining white light and it feels very hot to those negative entities.

Second test, Ask those entities "Are you afraid of God/The Prince?" if they say "Yes" that means they are Good/Bad Spirits. If they say "No" that means that entities are Devil or Satan.

When you can see spiritual world, you've arrived in the world where Real Magic exist. You want to knock down people from 50 meters away or from your home to other person at the opposite end of the earth? You can. Ask for God's permission. If God let you do this, God will lend you that power. But if your intention is for negative purpose lol don't even think about it.

If you fill your life with love which is positive energy, you'll be safe from any harm. Don't be afraid by those being - what's in your mind will attract the good or the bad. So stay POSITIVE.

The good thing about spiritual energy is that this energy is from the higher dimension which can influence anything in the physical world. What you think is impossible in the physical world is something usual in the spiritual world.

I'm happy for you because you are able to see and hear the faerie. Not every human can make contact with the faerie though only those who can unify all their spiritual senses.

By reading over the first few sentences it is clear to me that you do have the ability of having premonitions. As others have mentioned in their comments your experience does show that you do have a telepathic ability as well. This can be a controlled ability as much as you'd like it to be. Now the more you concentrate or try to use your abilities it does cause a strain which is where your headaches can come into play.
Now onto your pyrokenisis I'm not one to play with fire. This can branch off into your born element on how well you can manipulate the element. I'm more of a water and air person. Yes, having more than one element is possible. Telling people about yourself is a judgement call. Trust your instinct on what people you can tell aout yourself.

All the same, you're extremely powerful and sensitive is all. I'd look into protection and controlling your abilities.

Pyrokinesis: I've learned that fire moves best when you use your hands to direct it. "Hug" the flame with your mind and then gently push it. Usually does the trick.

You having dreams that pertain to the future is the ability of premonitions. You can see the future for youself, others and the world. I am not exactly sure what causes the headaches, but I think it might be from exerting ourselves too much with our abilities. The experience with your friend was telepathy on either one or a few different grounds. A telepathy partnership can easily be developed on between a friendship when you form a close bond. You don't truly need to know somebody well to have a telepathic experience with them though because we are all already connected. I'm not sure with your kinetic experiences but when a person is young; in their early childhood we are more open to the spiritual world because we were apart of that before we incarnated back into a physical body. So little kids are more open to seeing the dead and angels/demons, and a good quote to sum that up is "Kids see everything, because they expect to see nothing." we are all so biased with our own opinions that we truly can't see what's really happening but the kids do. To get back in touch with the other side, you have to expect to see nothing so you can see something. Adios.

You are not alone in this. Plus you don't neccesesarily have to tell others about your abilities. I'm around the same age and posses multiple abilities also, but the only one I have in common with you is speaking to spirits. It sounds like you have a lot of different things going on. Since you can talk to people who have passed on I would add medium to your list of gifts.
Also protecting yourself is also a very good idea and may help. It's probably going to take practice though being able to use your abilities without getting a headache, they take a lot of energy. The most common way to protect yourself it to imagine yourself surrounded by a pure white light.

i am so happy there is finally someone around my age group... You shouldn't be afraid of being outcast if anything they would ask you to perform magic stunts (this happened to me yesterday) and be careful of who you tell some people will harass you about. Well if I were you I'd get headaches too lol! Seems you have abilities I am not party to. But I'm a bit envious. I'm sorry you feel alone or secluded... I think many of us do especially when we were young. Being your age in general is so trying... Your unique talents just makes things more intense I'm sure! I'm probably assuming but I imagine your abilities take quite a bit of mental energy in general so the headaches sound like they would easily follow. Have you researched a way of "protecting" yourself? There has to be a way of lightening things up a bit here with this ability... I think. Again I don't know... I wish I were more help. I just wanted to tell you that I'm impressed and value your gift. It's not something that makes you odd... It makes you very special!
