Lately, I realized that I hadn't been meditating regularly, and I felt that I was not quite as psychically attuned to certain things as I was before. So one day I decided to start meditating again in order to get in touch with that side of myself again.
It didn't take long for it to happen. I started getting these tingling feelings in random parts of my body, and I started hearing strange noises. It felt as though I was only half awake, but I wasn't falling asleep. I heard voices like a crazy man yelling and screaming, static noises, and other noises that were difficult to identify. I tried to pull myself out several times, (sometimes with I had to try hard just to get myself out, and usually It isn't hard to break a meditation for me,) but when I tried to go back into my meditation, the same noises and tinglings happened over and over again.
I'm positive they aren't noises from people outside or next door, because everything was silent when I got out of my meditation. I even listened for several minutes outside of meditation to make sure. Also, I think that I always get a different result for every day I meditated after that. I never just get the noises for a whole week, but I did get the noises at least once every few days after that. However, every time I meditate I always get the tingly feelings, and it isn't always in the same spot.
Do these things mean anything? Why couldn't I get myself out of meditation easily? It is a bad thing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all very much for helping and reading through my story!
