Spirit Encounter At Local Supermarket

I am a homemaker, 42 years old with 2 young children and son with "aspergers" high functioning autism which is a whole other story. I have experienced and able to sense spirits around me and know if they are good and bad energies, the energies are a constant night and day, chills run up and down my spine at times with calmness or anxiety depending on the energy, also need to mention that growing up a very sensitive child always a great big crier, shy and hidden mostly, but felt always needed to be strong for I am the oldest out of 5 siblings and have been known for being cool-calm-collective in general. My first encounter that I could see clear as day was at a local supermarket, as I turned around to put a can of tomato sauce in my shopping cart I happen to see a baby in the shopping cart next to my foodcart I stared for a moment at the baby who was about 6 months to a year old and she was a girl with gold lights surrounding her, seemed happy but as she looked at me she then starred with a grim feeling toward me at that moment she vanished, at this time I was very nervous and felt anxiety, distant with myself and wasn't sure what I was going to do next, something was pushing me to tell the owner of the footcart but also thought I was crazy to do so, I got the nerve up to look for this person because I needed to verify what I saw was true, a woman walks to the cart I then said to her- I don't want to scare you but I just saw a baby in your cart. She was in surprise look at me up and down with a smile on her face and said "Not Yet" she was in her early stages of pregnancy. I could not walk away from her any faster than I did just thinking about what I had just said to her that poor woman must think I am nuts but she understood me well. How I picked up on this energy is amazing to me and how it came to me without looking for it is astonishing. These energies do run in the family.

PEMe,I have learned to shut-down on energies too, just by playing lound music, but when I am alone in my house doing house cleaning usually I will most often gets messages such as of today while doing some dishes I suddenly get a message that a ''friend of mine is going to get married this year'' just out of the blue this just pops up in my head, also I haven't heard from this person in over 6mons. Due to his relationship, and he is a friend of another friend not like we speak on the phone or get together with family, only once in a while... You get the picture now, but this is how it happens and very frequent I just pay attention to it more now... Its pretty amazing how it works! I always feel guilty though when I feel the need to shut myself off from energies!

Although, I have seen shadows and I've seen an Angel only once. I would mind doing that again.

I understand your gift perfectly. I'm noticing it's not so much we pick up all emotions its what people give off. That's one of the ways I'm able to so-called 'block' out certain energies. The more intense the emotion the other person has the more I feel. You've probably noticed in a room some people are beacons and others aren't. I used to think this was all me; it isn't. Same with these posts on here. One kid I knew within three words he was an 'empath' and connected with him. I didn't need to read his story. He was terribly distressed about realizing/admitting his gift and scared and really genuinely wanted help. I felt him. I know it's a "him". I know he draws. I know how he dresses. I know he doesn't believe a lot of what he's read on here which is why I REALLY tried to reach out. I didn't tell him all that because that's not what he needed to hear. Whereas others, I feel them but not as intense as this kid. I sense spiritual too (thank God I don't seem them, I don't want to). But, when we moved in this house we had quite a few things happening/running around here. But, I'm thinking it's probably the same the more powerful entities probably give off more? Maybe? I'll pray on it.;)

ok, not happy with taking on someones pain, for example: my husband had heartburn and finally is on meds and I will feel at times his heartburn right when he is feeling it or something eles like pain in his arm then I actually feel it to in my arm... So very strange but has happened in the past never underminded it until now, guess we come with more then just one ability!

Yes I have read many articles about the spirit of the baby attaching itself to the mother prior birth... Fascinating how things work.

last night while walking into my bedroom my room was already set on a dim light as I enter in a ball of light pass me then staged itself on the wall in front of me and vanished I had those chills again as if someone wanted to be noticed right after through the corners of my eyes left side I saw these dancing bright flashing lights with pink, blue, purple sparkly flashing about for about 3 to 5 minutes I didn't say a word it was about 1am. Morning hours then the dark shadow was 3ft from my bedside where I was laying down, I felt it was a woman she vanished after I looked at her briefly... I fell asleep but woke up like every hour. Now you can see your not alone!
