Here's a few tips for protection...
Visualise bright white light coming from your heart, and visualise it surrounding and engolping you.
Another thing you can try is call upon angels. Archangel Michael is the Archangel of protection. He has a very powerful, but loving energy. The woman to me sounds like a guide... If you like her energy and feel like she protects you, call upon her aswell.

I just want to thank everyone who replied to this article. Sorry its been a while but I haven't been logged in to this account:/. I've read every single comment and they are all helpful. What most of you stated was very true... I got rid of him and he is still trying to cling to me. Thankfully, It seems as if he has stopped but everytime he gets ready to contact me I KNOW or can FEEL it. 😨

As for the lady in white, some people are very jealous of others who actually do have Divine protection... They would tell any lie to make the good look bad, because Truth be told he is the one terrified and intimidated by something you have which he lacks and could only dream of... He sounds like a very immature and envious little brat, he wants to sound more powerful and knowledgeable than you, only making a big fat fool out of himself!

As I said to my little sister who has this naughty boy in her class making everybody frightened with ghost stories: "Tell him he shouldn't fear ghosts or demons, he should fear Guardian Angels... If he is going to mess with you your Guardian Angel will hound his sorry arse!"... Yes she told that silly child what I said, and he never bugged her again!

The most important thing you should learn early about people claiming to be psychic is this: those who want to gain (or have) control over your mind, are not real psychics! They tell stories, pretending to be psychics, only to manipulate you to play to their strings!

This "guy" sends off a very dark energy and sadistic personality, he likes to be in control or to dominate other people. There is no "abandon", wait didn't he say "abbadon" referring to some "archangel of God"?... Very nice scaring you with "angels" pretending they are demons, will a demon take on a name of an "angel"? Uhhm the answer is NO, hahaha, I think he has no clue of what he speaks of and just makes up fancy names to scare you.

If you know what type of personality this idiot has you can easily outwit him, he just sounds like a pathetic fellow... Maybe even in love with you, since it is he who wants your soul, not some other creature, if he would go so far as to mentally brainwash you telling scary stories of demons just to get your attention.

But telling lies is no honourable way of getting a girl's attention, or to make someone to force them to like you... Because a relationship that begins with lies will end up as a big betrayal mess in shreds. If he lies to you once, he will do it again - my advice would be to stay away from this creep and tell him he is the one with demons around him making him sell his soul to the Devil... He is his own worst enemy, tell him if he doesn't stop this foolishness the Devil will take his soul!

But also remember such freaks don't care to be servants of the Devil either, they don't mind to sell their souls to lies at all... Best just to ignore him, knowing he is just a pathetic dweep telling lies just to get attention, the fear he makes people experience because of the lies he tells is what he feeds off, which gives him energy and a sense of power and control over others!

People who tell lies for "power" are really sorry and pitiful souls, having an innate lack of confidence, having no sense of self-esteem whatsoever, possessing an extreme case of inferiority complex... Telling lies is their only way to feel in control and powerful... Very very sad and pathetic!

Well if a being called "abbadon" is after your soul, you are very fortunate - an Angel would be coming for you, not a demon! And would a real Angel harm you? And as far as I know you didn't do anything bad, Angels only harm those who tell lies such as that stupid "friend" of yours! If anything it would protect you against that stupid idiot!

Thanks for the responses PathR and Ba. I only pray when I wake up and go to sleep. If I feel threatened I make a energy shield. I'm scared of the power I know possess because I'm not sure what comes with it so I don't think I cleanse my chakras. I know I hold the key to something important and I want to tap into it but I'm scared. I know that when I open that door, more things will come and it there will be a change in things.

Okay, Voodoo gets a bad wrap. The spirts won't randomly go after you if there is no reason, trust me I know people. So there is a good chance that this is just bad spirt or maybe even a bad series of dreams since he scared you.

Just cleanse and ground and do whatever makes you feel comfortable. Spirts can be bad but I've know random ones to block bad ones from attacking people that they didn't even know, so not to worry. Just relax, light some sage or use some holy water. Again whatever makes you more comfortable.
