Ringing In My Ears And Medium

I hear and communicate with Spirit, too, and I hear ringing as well. However, it is more like a buzz-ringing, not really high pitched as a ringing of an electrical circuit or something. I agree with fellow commenters that it would be advisable to try to ask it to turn down the volume. I tend to turn it down when I'm around a lot of people or am in public because then it gets too overwhelming. Once you learn to better control it, if that's what it is, then you won't have to worry as much. I don't believe Spirit ringing voices is bad, so I don't try to get rid of it. I did once before then didn't hear it again for years and during that time I felt really at a loss. I'm young so that might sound a little strange, but it's true.
What throws me off a little bit is that it is high pitched, but maybe it sounds different to different people.
Also, I've never had any surgeries as some other people have mentioned, yet I still have this "tinnitus". I don't believe it's a disease no matter what has happened, but that's just me. It depends on the person's state of being in life.

one way to find out whether its spirit or tinnitus is that as soon as you hear it ask spirit to turn the noise down, and if it doesn't turn down pretty much straight away then more than likely its not spirit. I comunicate with spirit and hear them like I'm talking to a normal person, but I also get the ringing in the ear and sometimes its spirit but most of the time its due to the loud worksite that I work on. Try asking them to turn it down. And if it is spiritual it should quieten down pretty much immediately. You need to realise that not all freaky stuff comes from spirit as our imaginations and fear have a lot to answer for aswell.
Im not saying that your not hearing spirit but try and rule out the natural before turning straight to the supernatural.

I'm not trying to be controversial, but I do agree that this is more than likely a normal, medical condition. It doesn't mean you have to do anything drastic to fix this problem.
My reason for this, is I used to have constant ear problems. The "ringing" was all the time for me too. I'd hear a high pitched sound, almost mechanical sounding, like I was a robot or something dorky like that. Well, then I got ear tubes.
I still hear that high pitched noise, but much less frequently. Some of us just have more sensitive ears than others. I find most of the time mine is caused by a pressure change. Usually the weather is the cause for this, when a new front is moving in our out. This can be so slight, that one wouldn't normally notice, but our senses do.
I'm sorry if that isn't what you want to hear, I know I grew up hearing the stories of "if your ear is ringing, someone is talking about you", and other such wives tales. They're cute, and fun to think about, but I'm not sure a ringing or high pitched sound is much to really consider important.
Now, if you actually do see a spirit, or hear voices, and everytime you do, it was just after you heard a noise in your ear, I think that would be much more notable.

Many people don't have any things " wrong " with their ears and still have tinnitus. Some are born with it. I am not denying what you experience, but the ringing is most likely a medical condition.

It isn't always a medical condition. It could be something supernatural. I've got ringing in my ears too and my family and I know for a fact there is nothing wrong with my head or ears.

That is called tinnitus, Nearly everyone I have spoken to who has had ear surgery or draining tubes placed in their ear, Have the Riniging/Tinnitus, That's due to the scar tissue that is created over the tiny holes. Causing you to loose hearing and enabling Tinnitus.

I'm having the same thing going on with me too! The ringing in my left ear is constant, and will change in pitch whenever I feel another presence entering my energy field. Sometimes, I'll even hear ringing in my right ear.

I've had this ringing ever since I had surgery for my ears where the surgeons put ear tubes in them so that I wouldn't get ear infections anymore, and that was when I was 7. I'm 20 years old now. I do wonder the same as you about guides and spirits trying to contact me, since I believe that if I can just get past the ringing, I'll be able to hear them more clearly. It's quite possible that you're being contacted.

I've gone into exercises on enabling a stronger connection with my guides for the past couple months. I'll name a few: automatic writing, meditation (of course), yes or no questions, ouija board, and shamanic drumming videos on youtube. Now, for the yes or no questions, I get my answers from small muscle spasms. Lol it sounds funny but it's true. If the answer is yes, my right hand will twitch, and for no, my left twitches. As for the ouija board, I wouldn't recommend it, just to be safe. The board has been known for summoning evil spirits, only because of the ones who used them didn't surround themselves in light before doing so. Still, I would advise against the ouija board.

Don't expect results to flourish so quickly, by the way. It could be a slow process for you, or not. It depends on how well you are in-tune with psychic senses and such. Just remember, that if you feel fearful at anytime, visualize yourself being engulfed in light. In fact, before doing any kind of exercise, surround yourself in light so you don't have to worry about negative energy and entities entering your presence. Also, do as much research as you can on developing psychic abilities and the spiritual world. Understanding all this will help greatly in your journey. Good luck, take care, and Namaste.

when you listen to music do you feel like you can pick apart each sound an instrument through out the song an by that I mean like focous on one sound in the song so well where its like amplified.

Im not 100 percent sure at all but sence thing have happened around myself and other people around me with in last year few of them like my exgirlfriend kept getting the ringing in her ear at frist it was nothing but now she has cancer, also I had the ringing in my ear two when it all started for me but now heres the thing the one I had might have had to deal with a preminition of my girlfriend getting cancer. First I would have the ringing then some thing would say cancer cancer over and over and then I herd like a drill in my head. And sure enough the day I found out my exgirlfriend had cancer there was gas drilling going on down the road from my house. Also some time the ringing can be from stress due to things you can't see or even by trying to reach out and hear spirits well or them reach to you but if that occurs that means the human body is having trouble with it.

This is called - Tinnitus - It's a medical condition, about 50 million Americans have it. An around 2 million suffer greatly from it. It can be caused by so many things, Ear wax, hearing loss, Loud noise, Ruptured ear drum, Sinus infections, Chest infections, Ear infections, Head trauma, ototoxic Drugs, Antibiotics,Tumors,Deafeness, or you can be born with it.

There is no current known cure, but the most common factor one gets Tinnitus, is from Loud noise, or ear trauma. It can even be brought on by stress in ones life.

This is completely normal and I do not believe a spirit is trying to contact you.

If you are having issues with the constant ringing, There are some remedies one can do to help minimize your focus on the sound. It won't make it go away, but it will help you understand it and how to live with it.
