I have recently taken an interest in Angel cards and have been learning them for myself. I have also been reading up and learning more about the different angels and the chakra points. I have always believed in angels and the help I have received from them when asking for it. Lately I feel like I am starting to see the world through different eyes. I feel happy and finally as though I am on the correct path in life. Last night before I went to sleep I drew the Spiritual Growth card. I lay down for what I felt was only ten minutes but was much longer. I felt like I was in a semi-conscious state, I can always sense energy around me but in this state I could actually feel it with my hands, before I came around a green haze appeared to me as I reached out to touch it I came around. This green haze is the most vivid part I remember I would be really interested to know if anyone has any idea what this was?

I would be really interested if anyone could give me advice on meditating I have angel meditation cds that I listen too but would like to know how to do a meditation in quiet by myself. I have a short meditation provided in one of my angel books that also explain how to cleanse the chakra points but if anyone has any advice on this also that would be great. As I do not feel like this meditation is working for me. Many thanks. A.

Hello,
You have not lost your energy. You still see colors coming from your hands. And, all you need to heal a person is the want to help them heal. You do not need confidence just great intentions for another. And, your energy will increase with practice. Self doubt is a negative thing. You need to change your mindset. Try it again with positive thoughts and you will see what I'm talking about.

Thank you. Your comments are great! I do not have the confidence yet, as you say believe in myself and I know that is what I have to achieve before I will progress. I love helping people and I get great satisfaction from it. I had not been practicing my healing (I do reiki, just on myself and family) and I have felt as though I have lost the energy I could feel so strongly before and it has been a bit disheartening. I have been self treating and reikiing my partner so hopefully it will get better.

I agree, I feel that there are others helping me in life, whether it be with my healing or thoughts popped into my head and I am grateful for that.

Your welcome, The fact that you can see the energy/colors coming from your hands proves that you are a healer. Believe in yourself. Oh, and always know that the angels are helping you too. No healer works alone whether they know it or not. Think of yourself as a conductor between the angels and those that you help. And, always remember to have great intentions for another when doing so.

I really appreciate your advice, thank you. I will take this on board! I cannot seem to extend the colours out I only see them around my hands, I will work on this.

Hi,
It doesn't matter if it was around you or in front of you. The energy came from you. You have created it. Great job by the way. Now when you reached out to touch it you stopped creating. You need to allow the healing to happen. See the colors. Blue is for calmness by the way. Allow the colors to surround you and when they dissapear you are done with your healing. You have the potential to be a great healer.

thank you so much for your comment:) it wasn't around me though it was in front of me and when I reached out to touch it, it floated away. I have often see green and light blue colours coming from around my hands.

The green haze around you is your own aura. Green aura stands for growth & healing.

I was looking back into this and have read that sometimes your sprit guide can appear to you as green. Would anyone know if this is true? Thanks. A.
