please help! I don't know what is happening to me the first time it happened was when I was about 5 I woke up one night and saw an old lady sitting at the bottom of my bed and she didn't say anyhting she was just looking at me anyway this happened once, I thought I was dreaming so I never spoke about it again then years later when I was about 15 I remember having a really bad dream that someone in my family was going to break thier arm but I couldn't remember who it was. The next day my mum told me that my litte cousin had broke his arm durin football practice I was shocked, after this event I had frequent dreams of things that would happen like de ja vu theyve gone now and I hadnt experianced anything other the that until my uncle died a few years ago. Six months after he died I had this dream he was laying on my sofa and he was asleep well I thought he was so I went to wake him and he didn't wake up so then I realised he had died so I went and gave him a hug then I notced his eyes were opening and that's when I woke up in a sweat and feeling scared, I had a few dreams about him after that, thn earlier this year I went to visit my grandma she lives along way from me she was very ill and I was looking after her she was dying she kept telling me she was going to meet her mum and trying to tel me something on that night I was standing next to the fireplace and I saw this shadow of this woman standing behind me in my reflection on the patio doors I thought I was seeing things but everyone in the room saw it 2. Ever since then I have seen shadows in my house I have closed my eyes I have weird peoples face in my head I have seen bright lights in my head I have even had dreams about shadows. WHATSSSSS HAPPENING TO ME PLEASE HELP!

Sorry to hear about your darkness in your heart... It sucks when people take advantage of the good in others...

Well, I can only give you a perspective, from what I gone though something similar myself, It may feel true to you. When someone hurts you, reguadless of what it is, and it is deep, and you feel anger - anger is a emotion that can really hurt your heart chakra. Really damage your spirit over time too if you don't let it go... Anger is a protective mechisim and its normal to feel anger, but its not normal to let it go uncontrolled and not meant to take over ones life... And when it does its bad...

This is how I felt: chest will feel dark - and there will feel like there is a ball in it...heaviness...you feel it rolling up like winding up and then after you get angry again at something, it let's go and you get tired... And almost as if it hurts or burns... At least that is what it felt to me... It was my anger that ran so deep it riped a literal spiritual hole in my spiritual heart... Energy wise... This is hard becusae if you don't work toward healing this, it can attract all sorts of dark entities They LOVE that anger it feeds them... And they will want you to keep feeding them... They... Sometimes they can even propel your anger...

The way I delt with it was I had to forgive the people that hurt me, let it go... And then forgive myself for all the destructive things I did from lack of trust - from someone hurting me... I had to let love back in... It took many years for me, but since this just happened to you as of late... You can work it out NOW... Becuase its really hard if you let it linger too long (you will just draw more negitive things in over longer peirod of time and its a bigger mess to clean up lol...) and not heal - it ended up affecting all my other relationships - over time, I lost trust in others, and didn't give other good people a chance... It sucked... And I ended up hurting others by mistake Becuae I was so afraid of getting hurt...but, what I can say is if you take time to let it go and heal now... It won't be as bad as I let it get...

I can hear the high pitch noise too. But I can hear it when there is silence. I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I can talk to abjects mostly electronics so that might be what is making me hear it.

I've experienced most of your problems, I've heard the whinning come from a range of electronics, most of which are not on but plugged up. I also know what you felt when you got mad about your girlfriend, I'm not sure what to tell you, I've been reading up on the 'paranormal' for several years, and I don't have a clue as to what this is. 😕
