Proud Parent

So I don't post a lot, so bear with me. I never truly sleep soundly. I sleep very lightly and often feel people around me. I have a spirit that has been with me since I was 13 and I believe he keeps quite a lot away from me when I am in this in between stage of sleeping because I am vulnerable? Anyway, I have had been "asleep" with my eyes closed but consciously knowing I'm not awake and there has been a lady come to me three different times. She says she is from a town not too far from here, her son plays football there. She says she had an accident but never really explains. She just talks about how she misses him. When I see her she is sitting beside my bed and talking to me and I am still just laying there. She talks about missing him and who he is. He plays football, I know his jersey number... His name, I feel like I should help her, but I am not sure what I can do. She cries a bit and I feel terrible. Should I just leave this alone? I have a couple spirits I see or feel regularly but she comes and goes. I am not sure why she talks to me, she never says she wants to speak with him or make contact, but I wish there was something I could do. Any advice? Just be here to talk?
