I'm here seeking help. I'm 15, and for years I've been confused about myself and my abilities.

Have you ever seen Final Destination (1, 2 or 3) or the new version, 'The Final Destination'? They get clues showing how they're going to die so they know what to watch out for.
I watched one of them (Final Destination 2) a few months ago. It was my first time watching any of the movies. It freaked me out, because that's what happens to me almost everyday. Well, without the death.
And it's not like the 'clues' I get are totally out there and easy to spot (usually). I pay attention to something (whether it be someone's words, an object, etc) more, or something sticks out to me more for no reason what-so-ever, and that ends up shadowing something that happens later. Sometimes it's in a dream, but usually it's not. I'll give you a few examples.
Yesterday I told myself, "I'm going to watch 'The Final Destination 'tomorrow." It's been on my DVR for who knows how long. After playing some video games, I decided to go to bed.
Later I had a nightmare. I was at home, and some girl dragged me into my room to try to rape me (I don't have any negative feelings towards people who are lesbian/bisexual so I was pretty confused why I dreamed that when I woke up). I screamed loud for help, but nobody heard me. The person who was about to rape me said, "You better act like you like it. You know, scream 'Faster, faster, faster, faster!". Then, finally, after a few minutes people came to my rescue and I was fine. More stuff happened after that, but I don't remember it. The attempted rape is the only part I remembered.
So today, I sat down to watch the movie. Somewhere in the middle of the movie, I got up to get some brunch. I went to go pause the TV and guess what I heard? "Faster, faster, faster, faster!". My reaction? "Just, SERIOUSLY?!".

One time I had a dream about someone, and they texted me the next day even though they haven't spoken to me in months.

Another time I was watching a TV show and thinking, "That really reminds me of (let's call him Bob!) Bob...". Then a couple hours later you leave to go to the store. You see Bob, who lives in the next town over, at that same store.

It's not always that, though.
A good example would be something that happened 2 days ago. I was in the car listening to the radio, and they were playing a 30 second remix of about 5 different songs. The second to last song stuck out to me. I thought it was "Umbrella" by Rihanna, but I knew it wasn't. Do you know what I mean? It's hard to explain. Anyway, sure enough, right after the remix was over, "Umbrella" was playing on the radio.

Another good example! Now this may sound ridiculously lame, because it has to do with the game mechanics of Pokemon, so please bear with me.
I'm a big Pokemon fan. I can play the video games for hours on end. In this game, you can catch Pokemon with 'Pokeballs'. Whether or not you catch these Pokemon is all determined by chance (your chances get higher if you lower the monster's health, inflict it with a status condition, etc). Somehow, I'm always able to tell whether I will capture it or not.
If I know I will capture it, I get this positive fluttery feeling in my heart every time before it shakes. If I know I WON'T capture it, I get this negative fluttery feeling in my heart milliseconds before it moves, until the shake before the Pokeball will break open-- then it feels like my heart jumps out of my chest. Never have these feelings been wrong.
Here's a good video to help explain what I mean:
-Go to 2:30. As soon as that Pokeball is in mid-air, I'd get that negative fluttery feeling and I'd know it wouldn't work.
-Go to 3:53. Milliseconds before the first time the Pokeball moves, I'd get that negative flutter. Milliseconds before the second time the Pokeball moves, I'd get that 'heart jumping out of my chest' feeling.
-Go to 4:33. As soon as that Pokeball is in mid-air, I'd get that positive fluttery feeling and know it's a capture; positive flutters right before each shake the Pokeball makes just confirms it more.

So what is this? I know I have some ability, but I have no idea what it's called. I've put it off for years and now I've finally decided that I want to master it.
