I Don't Know If I Have A Gift Or This Is A Coincidence

I'm 15 years old and for as long as I can remember my mom and I (mostly me) have been having weird experiences. I wouldn't say that they are psychic experiences but something happens almost everyday and not sure if these are coincidental or not and please comment if you have anything similar. Anyways it started with really little things like id say something and the tv would say it or I'm listening to a song and just as a say a certain word the song will say it back. Then it started to get weirder as I got older such as I was at a party with my friends and I was saying how it would suck if the cops showed up, as soon as I said that they were there maybe 2-5 minutes after. Sometimes ill be out and ill be thinking in my head "oh it would totally suck if I saw (someone I didn't want to see, not inserting any names) and all of a sudden I will see them. There's so many more things that have happened but those are just the ones off the top of my head. The little ones happen almost daily I don't even think about it too much and recently I noticed it started happening to a few of my friends BUT only if I was around, whenever I am not present they don't have these experiences. I have to add that whenever I say something but I REMEMBER the so called "gift" I may have it actually does not happen almost as if when I'm self aware it "doesn't work" I really don't know what's happening can someone explain to me if I have some sort of gift or all these things are just strangely coincidental thank you so much please comment any similar experiences or if I possibly could have some sort of gift
