Starting at the beginning of summer I have felt a sudden urge to be around water a lot, and I mean a lot! When I am near water I feel relaxed and at home. It feels like the only place I can think.
I told this to my friend Ally and she said that I might be able to control the water element if I tried to. I feel that my friend is right because, she feels she can control the element of wind. She know this because if we walk to the park or the pool, sometimes the wind will be blowing at our faces she concentrates and the wind stops blowing! So I trust her view on why I have an urge to be around water so much.
Me and my friend Ally go to the pool 5 times a week. I am trying to learn how to control the element of water. But, no hope. So I tried to seek some online help to see if anyone else would know that I could learn from. But, I have found nothing even though I have searched for hours on end. All I could find was history of water or the history of voyages...

3rd breath in and out
4th imagin it moving slowly
5th it moveing faster
6th get more complexed
7th practice again
P.S. I have a very calm attitude that might be why it comes easier
