Grey Council And Other Stuff

I am 16 years old, I live in Colorado. In almost every story I write on here I mention my age just for a reference for everyone. Anyway, I am going to talk about a few Psychic Orgs. Basically these are groups of Psychics which usually specialize in a specific type of ability in which the group can do. I am going to name a couple and describe them so that you know what they are, as I feel that people should know. I will also add questions at the end of the story or somewhere within it that I would love to get answers back for.

To begin, I will start with a group called "The Grey Council". This group of Psychics supposedly works for the government, a certain part of course, since, as far as I know, there are different sectors or something of that sort in the Government. A lot of people, or ones that I have talked to about this claim that the Grey Council is evil, though honestly I really don't know if they are or not. But they are supposed to be quite dangerous and some people, not sure which, are able to tell if someone is part of an organization depending on how a person that had passed them, drove by them, talked to them and etc. Was in the Grey Council. I was curious if anyone on here would know anything about that ability, and if anyone can actually do it.

Second, a group that I was in contact with myself would be a group called "The Saviors". This group is supposed to be a group of people who mostly all live in a different continent as far as I know. They also consist of all people who are able to Mind Hack which is the ability to be able to go into another person's head and take out any information they desire (They as in the Mind Hacker). This group claims they are to do good by "studying" people, though from what I experienced myself that is not the case. I was curious if anyone knew about this group as well, also if anyone has had contact with them.

That is it mostly. Now the questions. Does anyone know about any other Psychic Orgs? /groups that I have not mentioned? Does anyone know of a more specific group that centers on being able to do what I can do which is to go into other people's heads and see their memories. And if someone does know of an org/group that does specialize in what I do, what is it? How do I contact them?
