People Taking You Away

I don't want to go into the details of what my abilities are, I'll explain why later. Basically I've been developing them since I was about three years old, I used to be able to see auras but I can't anymore. My mom says that I didn't have a full nights sleep until I was about six years old, I use to wake up screaming and crying because I had nightmares of people taking my family away to get me because of my abilities. I'm now almost sixteen and never really thought much about any of that, until I had another dream just like it, so now you know at least why I don't want to share what I can do with everyone. But I do occasionally have visions (I'm not to sure what to call it), so I am sort of nervous. Psychic things do show up a few times in my family, just so you know, I'm not sure if it will help or not. So I was just wondering if anyone else around my age, or anyone at all has or have dreams like this? Also I could use some advice on meditating because I would like to get my abilities more powerful and be able to use it to help people.

If you would like to contact me to ask me anything or give me advice please, please email me at emiilie.k_@hotmail.com

I'd feel more comfortable talking about my abilities in email, it's more private. But please comment and email because I am really worrying about this.

Thanks:)

I have a few tips to meditating. 1. You have to take a shower or at least wash your hands. 2. Wear loose, clean clothing. 3. Sit on a chair or with your back supported. 4. Focus on your breathing or an object 5. You could also use a mantra to help you focus your mind. You can email me at moonbishop [at] gmail.com
