The basic point is, I can make other objects hot or cold! It first started when I was 7 and I was in my dad's garden sunbathing (summer and very hot) when I started to feel a bit too hot and felt sick, so I went inside (where it was just as warm, I shouldn't have come inside really but I can't go back now!) and I laid on the sofa. I kept imagining my body as if I was in a bikini outside in winter, and all of a sudden I froze. Shivering, I ran back outside to bask in the sun and warm up. Dad came over to me and asked "Why are you shivering? Are you ok?"
I replied "yeah, I think I have just been in the sun too long and I feel a bit ill..." Lies!
The other time was when I was in winter, and the opposite happened. I imagined myself very very hot, and it happened! I was sweating!
Just a few weeks ago, now I am 13, I discovered that this "psychic power" didn't just work on my body, no, it worked on other objects too! I completely freaked myself out when I noticed and I began to hover my hand over things and imagine ice/fire flowing from my hand and freezing the object from the inside. It's not very strong, say I couldn't turn water into ice (although I may be able to if I worked on it) but it's still there! Can somebody please name this for me?
Another thing is I have premonitions, I can't control them, but I know when something is going to happen, but I don't see images it just pops up in my head, for example me and my friends were discussing future jobs at school the other day, and I said to her "I have a strange feeling that a member of your family is going to get you a job at bacardi, just to get the money in for a bit..." and she replied to me "did you know my dad worked for bacardi?" Very odd.
Also, my sister is psychic, and there is no doubting that. A friend of ours lives in a very old house where a woman shot her family and housemaids and then hung herself from the stairs. Our friends hired a professional psychic to find these ghosts and name what role they played in the family. Then, our friends room my sister around the house and had her name where all the ghosts were and how many there were, and she got them all correct. 7 ghosts were in that house, and she could even name all of their jobs!
Are we linked in someway through premonition and seeing the dead?
Olease help me! I will appreciate any advice especially about the hot and cold thing!

Controversial. Your either both cryo and pyrokinetic, or you are thermokinetic (my name for it). Anyways, you control the tempature. And don't believe that color scheme stuff. No offence, but still.
