I have recently been embracing my gifts and one of them in particular is confusing me a lot.

For the past 3 weeks I have been seeing this white female figure with bright green eyes staring at me in bed, I awake to see her most nights between 12 to 3am, but when I wake she doesn't stir she stands directly in front of me or paces back and forth staring at me.

Im confused because I asked the her if I could help them in anyway but when I ask her this she vanishes, I sometimes go upstairs as my room is on the 1st floor to see her kicking the banister and occasionally I see her push a picture frame fall off the wall that isn't there smash and then the shards all disappear.

am I being warned or is she just looking for attention or am I supposed to help her?.

I mean it's just confusing as she doesn't respond. When I try to talk to her and I'm not sure whether she is here for me or for some other purpose. I feel at edge as I sleep, I mean I know she won't hurt me but its still uncomfortable as there is children in the house. I don't know whether she might try making them aware of her presence.

I know these are probably stupid worries but as I said I'm just worried.

If anyone could help id be truly grateful.

I think she is unable to talk to you. Do you know what was in the picture of the picture frame? She could be someone who lived in the house previously or something. I think maybe she is mad about a family issue or something. I say this since normally picture frames on the wall have photos of family. She seems frustrated at how she is unable to speak with you astrally. Ask her to show you what she is attempting to say. She seems troubled by someone or something and wants help and since you can see her she may want you to help her but speaking is pretty much impossible since for some reason you can only just see her. Hope this serves some use to you

If you are a christian, you CAN'T practice occult spirit stuff, like being a medium (contacting/channeling spirits). Because you attract "anything that's out there spirits", that end up interferring in your life and privacy. And by this, you kick out Jesus and his holy Angels... Be careful what you ask for, you might just get it! Good luck. God bless!

i am a true believe in jesus and I have a cross obove my bed which has been knocked of by her before I say the lords prayer when I see her I will try a passage when she next arrives thankyou for your guidance

Well, its not a good spirit. Its drawen to some elment. I hope you are a believer in God and jesus. As this all stems from it. You have a gift, if you see a spirit that's in limbo, stuck to once spot, hasnt crossed over, you need to pray for them, pray to jesus for them to cross over. Read them a passage that wil help them from the bible. And if it still hasnt gone, say to it, where the most activity is, 'I am child of God, and I command you, by the time I walk out of this room, for you to be gone, weather it be the pits of hell, clouds of heavan may God have mercy on your soul, in jesus' name, amen' then walk out. By the way, if you can see it, your children are very likely to see it aswell.

This is sure to work. You must be a believe in jesus however.

she needs energy just to appear
It takes a tremendous amount to talk
Buy a ghostbox
It is a radio type thing that gives the spirit random sound that it can manipulate to communicate

maybe she is frustrated about something and can't communicate
