How Do You Contact Your Spirit Guide?

For one, you need to bless your house and get the demon out before she hurts someone.

I have the same question too. I have just signed in on this site, today. I have just started having visions about three years ago. I'm not very educated about them either, all I know is that they just happen.

I don't believe I have ever came into contact with him/her. I have a slight feeling that my spirit guide is a man.
I think I may have come in contact with him/her a couple of times, because what happened was unexplainable, not a ghost.

I used this so I could find out who I was in another life. I found out that one of the people I was in another life was also one my spirit guides. Good luck and Merry Christmas!:)

If you truly wish to contact your spirit guide, you should first do some research. There are many cultures that deal with spirit guides and most are similiar in some aspects.

We do have spirit guides cause I always get told things I never know and tells me about things in my dreams then the dream comes true.

Its hard to see who your spirit guide is. I know I have 1 or more. I have seen 10 ghosts and heard and got touched by spirits.

Its hard for me to know which one is my spirit guide. So it might be even harder for you!

first make sure to practice using your visual imagination, so you can take inner journeys and meet your guides. When you try to visualize it helps to use natural elements. For example, if you want to picture something yellow, think of a natural reference like lemons or the sun. Use as many natural elements as possible to intensify the visuals in your imagination.

I recommend the book "secrets of shamanism" by jose and lena stevens. It's very easy to dive into & use to quickly learn how to meet guides, and other spirits (plants, rocks, animals).
The book gets straight to the point, with clear step-by-step instructions. There are also very useful insights behind the exercises.

Make sure to be willing to accept whatever comes to you visually without making judgments. You have to be willing to hear the message for the journey to work.

though I do believe in spirit guides I would also have to agree with Galmordagan in that I believe all entities have their own agendas, good or bad its up to you to judge. Remember this, where there is love no evil can thrive...

Im not sure we have a set spirit guide if we have one at all.

Im not criticising the beliefs of others but I believe that the spiritual realm is much like the physical realm in that the entities or people around you are motivated by different things to do the things they do - whatever they are. In saying this what I'm saying is that I believe spirits would have their own agendas, their own motives and maybe one might take it on board to guide you.

I have communicated with what I call 'shadows' some might call 'demons' or 'spirits' (the bad kind), and they don't always seem to be what they are - they could appear helpful, protective and friendly but what you percieve and what actually is is generally very different. Trust none of them no matter how they come to you or what they say, weigh up all the consequences, make your own choices based on what you feel is right. You can be guided but it doesn't mean you will be guided well or with your best interests at heart.

I don't mean to sound all doom and gloom, but the many shadows that I befriended as a child turned out to be rather dark later on. They arent really your friends at all and I don't believe trust should be given so easily.

Ive spoken up on this site about a shadow called 'Starfish' - it initially took the form of my dead 2 year old brother, and began to terrorized me in my own bedroom at night when I decided I didn't want him around anymore. Trust me when I say it was not my brother.

If there is one thing Nicole will hate more than anything else is living people sending her love and compassion - she may even try to attack you for it, probably will try. Be strong and either help her become good again or drive her away. It may seem hard but I purged my house of shadows, I drove them all away and then off my family property - the whole house brightened and everyone was relieved and happier and only my mother knew why. The truth is I don't believe the shadows can harm you in your home unless you let them.

That battle was hard but the hardest part for me was dealing with Starfish because he was so strong. He fed on fear and anger, as Nicole probably is doing. Dont give up, hang in there.
