Jane's Husband Calling Me?

Recently, I had been called to a house in the woods behind my neighbor's house. By called, I mean, almost lured there. I had been relaxing, and all of a sudden I had the strongest urge to walk in those woods. As I got closer, the urge grew more focused on the house in the woods. I had never been there before and had no reason to want to go there, but I just had to. I went twice, but never all the way up to the house, I just stayed in the forest around it.

This Saturday, I went with my closest friend up to the house. I just had to see what was calling me there. What if it was a spirit who needed my help? Well, we met the woman who lived there, with her son. For sake of privacy, I won't use last names. Her name is Jane, and she appeared to be around her late eighties, if not nineties. She told us as we got talking that her husband had died about ten years ago, in an automobile accident. I have a connection to the element of wind, and right when she said that, a strong gust blew through, violently sounding the wind chimes on the deck. I somehow knew that her husband wanted to contact me.

Am I being paranoid, or could this man really be trying to communicate with his wife? Any comments, or similar situations would be greatly appreciated.

We also asked her if she had ever had any reason to believe that she was in the present of a spirit, and she said, "Not in THIS house," With an intonation in her voice, suggesting more. Could there be more to this than I know?

I really did enjoy my time with Jane; she welcomed us back any time, being neighbors and all. I really would like to talk to her more- and her husband. The only problem is, I have no idea how to get in touch with a spirit. I can barely even see them, if ever. They are always slipping out of my vision.
