Visit From Alive Husband's Spirit

I am hoping someone might be able to shed some light on my situation because as lovely as it is it's very puzzling to me. 3 times over the past 2 weeks I have woken in the night and been able to feel my husbands spirit/presence beside me. My husband and I do not live together at the moment as he is having a bad time with depression, but I know that it is his essence beside me, I haven't seen anything just sensed a mistyness and a really comforting feeling of warmth and love. I literally acknowledge it and fall straight back to sleep. It is a wonderful experience, but I would love to know more about this phenomenon if possible so that I can find away to enhance it. My husband is having a lot of trouble expressing himself right now in the physical and is experiencing a huge amount of inner turmoil so I don't know if it is linked at all. He is trying to cut himself off from me, but as I am strongly aware that he is my twin flame I am confident that that just won't happen. My husband isn't spiritual at all but he has woken up very exhausted lately, so I'm wondering if there is a link? Any thoughts that any of you have on this situation will be very gratefully received. I have had it suggested that perhaps he is using astral travel to visit me, but if this is so wouldn't he be aware of it and would I sense him so strongly? As you may have guessed I am new to this kind of thing, the only thing I have started to do differently Over hothead past few weeks is that I have begun to meditate daily.
