Is This A Curse Or Blessing?

I'm a 13 year old male, and I have been willing to share my stories for so long. The first psychic experience I have had, happened when I was just a baby. My parents had me in the back seat sitting in my booster. It was night and I was crying so loudly people in the other cars may have heard me. My mom pulled me out and let me sit on her lap. I suddenly stopped crying. A couple minutes later my dad's chair broke and crushed my booster. If I had been sitting there, this story will not have been published. When I was six I had a dream of this event, it was very detailed. I asked my parents if this event has ever happened and they explained everything.

For as long as I can remember, I have had Deja Vu at an abnormal rate. When I experience Deja vu I feel as if time stops for a second or two. I experience these events at least three times a week. One very strange thing is that I can see the future, but not at will. The thought of the future just comes into my mind randomly and comes true when it does. I can also hear the minds of people very close to me (emotionally not physically). I offered my best friend some lunch and she said no but very faintly, I heard her say, "I don't want to be a burden." I told her she won't be a burden; and she asked me how knew what she was thinking.

I am so confused, I don't know if this is a curse or a blessing. If you think it is a blessing I'll have to learn how to embrace it, if it's a curse, I'll pray to God to take it away.

Blessing most definitely!
I'm not sure why you would ever believe it a curse.

A lot of blessings can come across as a curse, but if God didn't believe you could handle it and find the good in it, he wouldn't have given it to you. You must trust in yourself and believe it the most precious gift. You must embrace this with open, and curious arms.

I hope you enjoy your journey in becoming a psychic.
Good luck!

That happens with me. I could be at house and sometimes it just feels like somethings wrong and sometimes my friends are in my dreams. And we'll chat, my friends won't remember the next day or pretend they don't but however they act in my dream or what they say and do almost always is what happens.

I'm a 13 year old girl and I have simillar things happen all the time and it's been this way for me for as long as I can remember. Some would call this a curse but I disagree. This is something that can be scary and dargorus but think of it as something that makes you different, because it's something that's part of you and if your anything like me then this is here to stay.

jcdorjd _ I'm happy for you, it's not an easy choice to make, but a necessary one. Things will start to happen, and you will be afraid. You will have to face your deepest fears. You have to let it all go. On the other side of the fear is the answer to your question (s). I just wish I understood yesterday -when I replied- what I understand now. But perhaps that's part of the plan? I can't say. What I can say is I feel that you have made the choice to go further, so you heard what you needed to hear. Today is day 1 of the rest of your lives:)

I have looked up psychology on google and have found that the human mind is easily manipulated, like putting one frame in a film that says,"POPCORN IS YUMMY," and soon you have craving for popcorn. Yes I have noticed that yawning thing, but about the "baby" story, most of you probably already know, but younger peoples minds are more open than others so they accept what ever goes in it like a sponge, so a baby can be the most psychic being on earth without anyone ever knowing. Babies are not able to say,"Tomorrow, <this event> will happen." But thank you Xt and sarah for reading my post, I've already learned to accept my abilities. 😊

If it helps I don't think what you descibed by any means a curse- some of us are absolutely tortured by our experiences. I'd say your gift is that you aren't going through what most psychics do.

I think the baby story is interesting, but babies cry all the time, I don't think this example is some kind of baby psychic ability. Babies generally calm down arounf their mother, because a mother is the provider food and emotional comfort. As for your dream...) You said they explained it, which is not the same as validating there is no way you could have known that. Some children have a hard time seperating dream realities with awake reality. You may have been aware of this events context. Your mind needs a construct, that's one of the theories of why we dream. The mind assembles a dream "reality" because-well no one knows for sure. I am however drawn to what sounds like empathy, but given the prior 2 examples your probably very perceptive. As for your feiend, 90 percent of communication is non verbal. But even still, she clearly had a sad or reluctant tome. As for your time slowing down thing, that's just wierd to me. If you could warp spacetime you'd experience some visual effects too. I don't know what you define as psychic. I see lots of adolescents asking I'd they are psychic, and unaware that only 10 percent of comminication is actually verbal. I don't want to sound like a meanie, I studied pstychology to try to understand myself, because I was ultra-sensitive and absolutely knew I was different than other kids. We all process stimuli and pick up cues we aren't aware of. Ever notice if someone yawns, you or someone else will probably yawn too? That doesn't mean you made then yawn with your powers.

Jc I felt the exact same way, still do sometimes. It is a blessing and a curse at the same time. Once you realize that it's not going to go away, and you can help people. It becomes a blessing. Those are truly amazing gifts, and you really should embrace them.
I am 13 too, and I'm starting to embrace mine, and it feels a lot easier, because I am starting to learn to live with it instead of being scared of it.

Hope this helps in any way...

Sarah
